Theodore Wade Zimmerman, age 16, of Bright Ridge Road, Elkhorn, died Sunday at Taylor Regional Hospital as a result of an automobile accident.He is survived by his parents, Paul Ray and Vanessa Winger Zimmerman, three brothers, Shane Zimmerman, Thadeus Zimmerman, Roman Zimmerman, three sisters, Felicity Zimmerman, Isabelle Zimmerman, Savannah Zimmerman all of Elkhorn, maternal grandparents, Noah and Amelia Winger of Elkhorn, paternal grandparents, Paul and Lucy Zimmerman of Maryland. Geneva Tucker Phillips of Harned, Kentucky, formerly of Campbellsville, daughter of the late George E. Tucker and Eliza Phillips Tucker was born September 28, 1916 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 6:50 A.M., Saturday, June 25, 2005 in Brandenburg.Age: 88 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mannsville United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women and the Mannsville Homemakers. She was a 1935 graduate of Campbellsville High School. She moved to Indianapolis in 1945 where she worked with a group of citizens to help organize and establish the Southside Morris Street Health Center. She served as a board member for the health center until she retired from her job as manager of West Morris Street Shoe and Sports Store and moved back to Taylor County in 1980.She united in marriage to Harold Phillips May 3, 1935. He preceded her in death July 28, 2003. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Sarita and Frank Reams of Harned; one granddaughter, Dreama Reams of Louisville; two sisters, Hazel Lacy of Campbellsville and Grace Knuckles of Beech Grove, Indiana; three nephews and one niece: Phillip Lacy of Louisville, Paul Lacy of Campbellsville, Ronald Knuckles of Indianapolis, Indiana, and Evelyn Alexander of Pomona, California, and many other relatives and friends. Leta Miller of Kenny Street, Campbellsville, daughter of the late S.M. Miller and Virgie Wright Miller was born November 11, 1922 in Marion County, Kentucky. She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. Charles England of Old Lebanon Road, Campbellsville, son of the late Ira Watson England and Sular Janes England was born January 22, 1934, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 12:30 A.M., Saturday, June 18, 2005, in Campbellsville. Age: 71He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where he served as a Deacon. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. He was a retired employee of General Telephone Company.He united in marriage to Louise Richerson July 3, 1954. She preceded him in death September 17, 2004.
