Elsie Osborne of Louisville, formerly of Greensburg, daughter of the late William W. McCubbin and Mattie Florence Price McCubbin was born May 14, 1920 in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 5:05 P.M., Thursday, July 22, 2004, in Louisville. Age: 84 She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Stoner Creek United Methodist Church.She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.She united in marriage to Walter Osborne August 5, 1937. He died at 8:10 P.M., Tuesday, July 20, 2004 in Lebanon. Age: 93He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Merrimac United Methodist Church. He was a farmer and a retired employee of International Harvester in Louisville after twenty-five years of service. He was a member of the Merrimac Masonic Lodge #778 F AM. He united in marriage to Villa Malone February 21, 1940. She preceded him in death November 25, 1998.He is survived by three sons and two daughters: J. W. Clara Taylor Richerson CaveClara Taylor Richerson Cave, age 92, of Shearee Court, Campbellsville, died Sunday, July 18, 2004 at the Metzmeier Nursing Home after an illness.She was the daughter of the late Charlie and Frances Jarboe Richardson of Taylor County. She was a homemaker, renowned quilter and former Sales Clerk and Tailor at several establishments in Campbellsville. Mrs cave was the oldest member of the Palestine Baptist Church and an avid fan of both the Kentucky Wildcats and the Louisville Cardinals.
