She was the daughter of Mrs. Perna Davenport of Greensburg, Kentucky. Mrs. Bailey was a retired employee of the Bellsouth phone company in Louisville and was preceded in death by two sons, Jackie L. Bailey and Jerry Dale Bailey and one brother, Hubert Davenport. Besides her mother, Perna Davenport, Mrs. Bailey is survived by three grandchildren, Tim Bailey of Decatur, Alabama, Pam Cole ofHuntsville, Alabama, and Bryan Bailey of Louisville, and three great-grandchildren. She retired as a cashier from the Taylor County RECC in 1980, after more than twenty-five years of employment. She united in marriage to Richard Sublett September 6, 1942. Besides her husband Richard Sublett of Regency Court, Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Pirie K. and Kathy Sublett of San Diego, California; one brother and sister-in-law, George and Frances Sprowles of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
