Tabitha Ann “Fuzz” Ritchie, age 37 of Campbellsville, passed away Sunday in Louisville at the Norton Hospital.
Survivors include her parents: Guy, Jr and Kathy Clements Ritchie of Campbellsville.
Three children: Katlin Pendleton of Columbia, Cassandra Pendleton and Nicholas Pendleton both of Campbellsville.
Two brothers: Wayne and Rachel Ritchie and Mark Aaron and Jamie Ritchie, all of Campbellsville.
Her grandparents: Wilma Ritchie of Whitesburg and Imogene and Rondal Lemmons of Campbellsville and one expectant grandchild and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Tabitha Ann “Fuzz” Ritchie, will be Friday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Gum Lick Cemetery in Casey County.
Visitation from 5-8 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials are suggested to the funeral expense fund, which can be made at the funeral home.

Betty Jean Warner, age 80, of Campbellsville died Sunday, September 20, 2015 at Taylor Regional Hospital of Campbellsville, KY.
Betty Jean was born November 20, 1934 in Casey County, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Raymond Harvey and the late Victoria Adele (Murphy) Lay.
She was a member of Pleasant Grove Separate Baptist Church. Besides being a dedicated homemaker, she had worked for seventeen years for Fruit of the Loom. She enjoyed singing and playing the piano and spending time in her garden.
She is survived by her husband, Samuel Warner of Campbellsville; three sons, Donnie Warner and his wife, Mary and Travis Warner and his wife, Clarrissa of Louisville and Steven Warner and his wife, Linda of Campbellsville; five grandchildren, Kristin Goetz, Alison Warner, Jeremy Steven Warner, Zachary Scott Warner and Rowan Warner; two great-grandchildren, Andrew and Avery Goetz and her brothers and sisters, Marshall Leigh and his wife Clairlene, of Liberty, Emma Sutherlin and her husband, Ernest, of Arnold, MO, Preston Lay and his wife (Earlene) of Mt. Juliet, TN, Glendon Lay and his wife, Katie of Liberty, Linda Helm and her husband, Wayne of Bronston, Lisa True and her husband, Stephen of Stanford and Shelia Hogue and her husband, Johnny of Liberty.
Betty Jean was preceded in death by a son, Darrel Glenn Warner; and brothers, John Lay; Gary Lay; and Terry Lay.
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 23 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, Campbellsville, KY with Bro. Vernon Luttrell officiating. Entombment will at Campbellsville Memorial Garden.
Visitation will be Tuesday, September 22 from 5 to 9 pm at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, 503 E. Main St., Campbellsville, KY.

Jean Garrett of Bradfordsville, daughter of the late Roy Carter and Carrie Slinker Carter, was born in Casey County, Kentucky, February 15, 1947. She died at 11:45 A.M., Saturday, September 19, 2015, in Campbellsville. Age: 68
Jean professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Stanley Garrett November 20, 1961.
Besides her husband, Stanley Garrett of Bradfordsville, she is survived by one daughter and two sons: Kathy Bagby and husband, Charles, Ronnie Garrett and wife, Tonya of Campbellsville and Roger Garrett and wife, Tammie of Bass Ridge; nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, three sisters: Laura Garrett of Campbellsville, Deloris Marcello and Joyce Emerson of Tampa, Florida; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Raymond Garrett June 8, 2010 and one brother and two sisters: Raymond Carter, Duke Carter and Inez Nunn.
VISITATION: After 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home until time of funeral service.
