 Mr. Robert A. Farmer, Jr. of Columbia, formerly of Campbellsville, passed from this life on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital after an unexpected illness. Born on November 12, 1960 in Taylor County, he was 56 years and 3 days of age. Mr. Farmer earned a living driving a truck, but lived his life in the ministry. He was a former pastor and a member of the Mt. Zion First Church of God and was a member of the Casey Creek Masonic Lodge. Mr. Farmer had a kind and helpful spirit, and continually encouraged those around him through word and deed.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
His wife: Trina (Wheat) Farmer of Columbia,
One son: Justin Farmer of Columbia,
A step-daughter: Amanda Jessie of Columbia,
His mother: Marjorie “Margie” (Purvis) Edwards and husband Donald of Campbellsville,
Two sisters: Sharon Lawson and husband Keith, and Vickie Knifley and husband Rodney, all of Campbellsville,
One dearly loved grandchild: Reagan “Peanut” Jessie of Columbia,
And a host other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Farmer, Sr., and a sister, Karen Farmer.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Farmer on Saturday, November 19, 2016 at 2:00 PM EST (1:00 PM CST) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Interment will follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 18, after 5:00 PM EST (4:00 PM CST).

Obituary of Jerry England
Jerry Lee England, age 69, of Campbellsville, died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at his home unexpectedly.
Jerry was born in Campbellsville on April 4, 1947, the son of the late Hollis J. and Myrtle Mae Clark England. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Olin England, a sister, Della Mae England and a step-mother, Theresa England.
Jerry retired after 35 years as a knitter for Fruit of the Loom. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, raising goats and chickens, was a member at Ducks Unlimited and loved to shoot pool.
He is survived by his wife, Helen England, a son, Jerry Keith England and his wife Frankie, a twin sister, Judy Marie Gwinn, a brother, Hollis Ray England, and sisters, Emma Jean Lewis and Rose Mary Rainwater, all of Campbellsville. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, Wesley Lee Goodrum, Tyler Keith England, Summer Nicole England, Jerry Dakota England, 3 Step Grandchildren, Cody Crabtree, Jessica Crabtree, Nathan Crabtree, 4 great grandchildren, Wesley Goodrum, Jr., Miranda Sue Goodrum, Peyton Nicole Grace England, Kloe Alexus England, as well as 4 step sisters, Patty Cissell, Bonnie Harris, Amanda Clements and Cathy Benedict, one step-brother, Thomas Anthony Parker.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 19th, 2016 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Elder Ruel Boils, Bro. George Blevins and Bro. Les Richard officiating. Burial will follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens with pallbearers being, Tyler England, Zach Richardson, Allan Gwinn, Nathan Crabtree, Kevin Scully, Brett Williams, Dakota Corbett and T.J. Agee. Honorary pallbearers are Mac Cox, Jerry McMahan and Charles Allen.
The family requests visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, November 18th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

George Elwood “Woody” Anderson, age 58, of Campbellsville, died Monday, November 14, 2016 in Louisville following a lengthy illness.
Woody was born in Campbellsville, Kentucky the son of the late George Elwood Anderson, Sr. and Betty Stubbs Anderson, who survives. His father-in-law, Herbert Graybeal also predeceased him in death.
Woody had worked at Aluminum Fabricators until its closure at which time he became employed with Campbellsville Industries until his illness. He thoroughly enjoyed old cars and had at one time raced Go-Karts.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Anderson; three sons, George Mitchell “Mitchie” Anderson, Robert Lewis Anderson and his wife, Jessica and Thomas Adrian Peppers and his wife, Leslie; two daughters, Hope Renzelli and her husband Ron, and Tiffany Judd and nine grandchildren. Also surviving are his mother, Betty Anderson; two brothers and their wives, Kenny and Brenda Anderson and Jimmy and Lisa Anderson; a sister, Mary Whitlow and his mother-in-law, Pauline Graybeal, all of Campbellsville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2016 at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with Bro. Robbie Spencer and Bro. Ray Judd officiating. Burial will follow in Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery with pallbearers being, Jimmy Anderson, Ronnie Hare, Jeff Rayburn, Lumis White, Danny Elkins and Donald Colvin. Honorary pallbearers will be former employees of Aluminum Fabricators and the current employees of Campbellsville Industries.
The family requests visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, November 17th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
