Mae Caulk, 79

caulk-anna-maeMrs. Anna Mae (Dudgeon) Caulk of Campbellsvile was born in Campbellsville on January 7, 1937 to the late William Alvin and Elizabeth (Dickens) Dudgeon. She departed this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was 79 years, 8 months, and 6 days of age. Mrs. Caulk was a former machine operator at the Fruit of the Loom plant in Campbellsville and a homemaker. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church. She loved her church family and attended as often as possible. She enjoyed gathering at church functions, especially bingo (and was often a winner), and listening to old-fashioned gospel music.

She leaves to cherish her memory:

Her beloved son and caretaker: Bryan Caulk of Lexington,

One brother: Joe Dudgeon and wife Juanita of Campbellsville,

Nine nieces and nephews: Danny Dudgeon of Russell Springs, Terry Dudgeon, Jerry Dudgeon, Anita Rainwater, and Kathy Clark, all of Campbellsville, Bonnie Elswick of Louisville, Connie Phillips and Phyllis Dudgeon, both of Frankfort, and Gail Marlatt of Elizabethtown,

Several great nieces and nephews,

And a host of other extended family and close friends.

She was also preceded in death by one brother, Gordon Dudgeon.

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Caulk on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Jim Collison will be officiating. Following the service, Mrs. Caulk will be laid to rest in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 3878 Greensburg Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.

Betty Ann Miller Gaines, 81, formerly of Campbellsville, died September 13, 2016 in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Russell Gaines; parents, R. A. “Dick” Miller and Virginia Callison Miller; brothers: James Richard “Jim Dick” Miller, Charles Douglas, “C. D.” Miller; sisters: Jane Abigail Miller Kennedy Cantrell and Pat Winston Miller Tapscott.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Gaines Uzzle of Knoxville, Tennessee and her grandson and wife, Patrick and Brooke Uzzle, also of Knoxville, Tennessee.

Betty lived and worked in Hodgenville, Kentucky before moving to Oak Ridge and Lenoir City, Tennessee, where she has lived for the last 21 years. She had a fun personality and was loved by many.

The body was cremated and a graveside service for family and friends will be held Monday, September 19, 2016 in Brookside Cemetery at 11:00 A.M.. Edwards of Campbellsville, the daughter of Paul Edwards of St. Petersburg, Florida and the late Doris Kline Edwards, was born Sunday, December 8, 1963 in York, Pennsylvania and departed this life on Saturday, September 10, 2016 in Louisville at the Jewish Hospital. She was 52 years, 9 months and 3 days of age.
She was a former motel and hotel manager and was a childcare worker. She enjoyed her grandchildren, watching movies and puzzle books and was of the Christian Faith.
Besides her father, she is survived by three children: Amanda Tate and fiancé : Jason Pace, Andrew Tate and wife Tonya, all of Campbellsville and Adam Tate of Greensburg; one sister and two brothers: Donna Hammer, Craig Edwards and Steven Hammer all of Florida; ten grandchildren: Alice McGuffin, Vera Brown, Vivian Brown, Dalton Brown, Cohen Moon, Raven Tate, Raziel Tate, Gabriella Tate, Solara Tate and Zachary Pace; one great-grandchild: Preston Milby and one expectant granddaughter: Baby Girl Milby; a special Aunt: Linda Richardson and a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband: Richard Soucy and a brother: Roger Edwards.

A memorial service for Lisa G. Edwards, will be Friday, September 16, 2016 at 6:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service.
Visitation after 4:30 P.M. Friday until time for service.
