James Robert Paiva, ge 46 of Campbellsville, passed away on Friday in Campbellsville.
Survivors include his parents: Daniel and Loyce Baugh Paiva of Sacramento, California.
Three sisters: Juliana Campos and husband Mario and Jamie Paiva all of Sacramento, California and Emily Paiva and husband Kevin Ash of Greensburg.
His grandfather: Delmar Baugh and his wofe: Leila of Sacramento, California.
Two nephews: Alexzander James Ash and Jacob Ash, both of Greensburg and a host cousins and other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for James Robert Paiva, will be conducted Thursday, August 27, 2015 at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
Visitation after 6:00 P.M. Thursday.
Memorials are suggested to the Stoner Creek United Methodist Church Building Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.

Thomas “Tommy” Leon Wilcher, of Campbellsville, son of the late Donzie Wilcher and Ruby Mae Shipp Wilcher, was born December 22, 1951, in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 10:00 P.M., Sunday, August 23, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 63
He was a graduate of the 1971 Charter Class of Marion County High School where he played football.
He was an employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville for twenty-eight years and also an employee of Amazon.com in Campbellsville for fifteen and one-half years.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Muldraugh Hill Baptist Church.
He united in marriage to Donna Melton September 9, 1972.
Besides his wife, Donna Melton Wilcher of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Scott Wilcher and wife, Kristin of Bardstown and Amy Hall and husband, Jon of Lexington; five grandchildren: Brianna Hall, Cayden Hall, Lucas Wilcher, Jackson Wilcher and Rebecca Wilcher; three brothers and eight sisters: James “Fuzz” Wilcher of Finley, Myrtle “Ted” Buckman, Ruth Ann Buckman and Rita Wise of Campbellsville, Jeanette “Tootsie” Kays of Bowling Green, Helen Newcome of Lebanon, Virgie Moore and Bonnie Johnson of Louisville, Donzie Wilcher, Jr. of Bardstown, Louise Wright and Randall Wilcher of Samuels, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers: Laurence Wilcher, Carl Wilcher and Mitchell Dean Wilcher in infancy.

Mrs. Jeweldean Fair, age 84 of Shepherdsville, returned to her Heavenly Father Friday, August 21, 2015. Mrs. Fair was preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Lewis E Fair.
She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Rodney Fair and daughter in law and care giver, Evelyn Fair; grandsons, Jason Fair (Ginni) and Jeffrey Fair; great grandchildren, Isaac Chase, Kalli Ann, Kenedee Ruth and Jenna Elizabeth Fair.
Jeweldean was much loved by all her family and friends and will be missed dearly.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Crusade for Children.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday 12 noon at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, Campbellsville Ky. with visitation Monday 2-8 p.m. at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home(Preston Hwy and Brooks Rd.) and Tuesday 3-7 p.m. at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
Interment in Robinson Ridge Cemetery.
