Shirley Ann Cheek, age 74, of Sparta, Georgia, formerly of Campbellsville, died Sunday, December 20, 2015 in Macon, Georgia.
She was born April 29, 1941 to the late Grayden and Ruby Jackson Rhule in Louisville, Kentucky. She had moved from Campbellsville to Georgia 16 years ago.
She is survived by her husband Bobby Dee Cheek of Sparta, Georgia; two sons, Billy Joe Carmickle and his wife, Debbie of Campbellsville and Terry Carmickle and his wife, Donna, of Louisville; a daughter, Lorie Carmickle of Campbellsville and several grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 26th at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the Callahan Cemetery.
The family requests visitation from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Wallace Parke of Campbellsville, son of the late Roscoe Parke and Rebecca Anderson Parke was born September 6, 1931 in Cumberland County, Kentucky. He died at 9:15 P.M., Sunday, December 20, 2015 in Greensburg. Age: 84
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
Wallace was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Eleanor Murrell September 4, 1954.
Besides his wife Eleanor Parke, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Mike Sullivan of Campbellsville; one daughter-in-law, Cheri Parke of Campbellsville; five grandchildren: Sarah Wilson and husband, Mike, Amanda Hughes and fiancé, Scott Hess of Campbellsville, Jason Sullivan of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Samantha Sneed and special friend, Kyle Wilson of Ohio and Elizabeth Roos and husband, Christoffer of Sweden; nine great-grandchildren, three brothers and two sisters: Shelby Parke and wife, Nell of Campbellsville, Denzel Parke of Knob Lick, Leslie Parke and Olene Huffman of Edmonton and Josephine Ethridge and husband, Tom of Altus, Arkansas; two sisters-in-law, Elsie Parke and Anna Parke, of Metcalfe County; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one daughter, Linda Sneed February 13, 2015, one son, Michael Parke July 23, 2015 and one brother, Jesse Parke.

Betty Stamp of Merrimac, daughter of the late Frank Bermann and Carrie Margaret Montgomery Bermann was born July 13, 1935 in Jefferson County, Kentucky. She died at 1:35 A.M., Sunday, December 20, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 80
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Jones Chapel United Methodist Church.
She was a homemaker and treasurer of Merrimac Cemetery.
She united in marriage to Edwin Stamp October 27, 1956.
Besides her husband, Edwin Stamp of Merrimac she is survived by one daughter and one son, Cheryl Harrington and husband, David and Andy Stamp of Merrimac; five grandchildren: Jackie Stamp, Jennifer Stamp, Ethan Stamp, Christy Warren and husband, Daniel and Tim Harrington and wife, Neely; eight great-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one sister.
