Delmar “James” Sallee of Campbellsville, son of the late James Russell Sallee and Hallie Mae Sherrill Sallee, was born February 22, 1933 in Taylor County. He died at 11:50 A.M., Monday, October 14, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 91
He professed faith in Christ and attended Pittman Valley Baptist Church.He was a dairy farmer and a former employee of Taylor County Tire.
He loved to go four wheeling, whittling, fishing and horseback riding and spending time with his friends and family.
He united in marriage to Janice Veatch February 6, 1954.
Besides his wife, Janice Sallee of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter: Pamela Williams and husband, Luke of Campbellsville; one grandchild: Blake Wright of Campbellsville; three step-grandchildren: Aaron Williams and wife, Krystal, Andrew Williams, and Chris Williams’ one great-grandchild, Laker Thomas Wright; six step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.Delmar was also preceded in death by two sisters: Charlotte Sallee and Eladen Sallee Peterson

Linda Carol Rogers of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Paul Everett Rogers and Mary Catherine Gaines, was born November 5, 1950 in Taylor County. She died at 2:00 A.M., Sunday, October 13, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 73
She professed faith in Christ and grew up a member of Miller’s Chapel Methodist Church
Linda was a retired Medical Assistant, having also worked in banking for twenty seven years.
She is survived by two daughters: Jessica Hyatt and husband, Keith of Trenton, Ky, and Brandi Ann O’Marah and husband, Kevin of Lake City, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Jackson Steward and Mariah Steward of Russellville, and Maryann O’Marah of Arkansas; four step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; one sister: Delois Taylor and husband, Jim; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Linda was preceded in death by maternal grandparents: Frank D. Gaines and Irene Bell Sallee Gaines; maternal great-grandparents: Arthur Penn Gaines, Doloris Burress Gaines, William A. Sallee, and Maude Miller Sallee; paternal grandparents: Ernest Bellmont Rogers and Mayme Gaines Rogers; paternal great-grandparents: John Robert Gaines, Nettie Shreve Gaines, Joseph D. Rogers, and Rose Rogers.

Elwin F. Harden of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Enos Harden and Viola Mann Harden, was born November 11, 1940, in Campbellsville, KY, and departed this life on Sunday, October 13, 2024, at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 83 years of age.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the St. Marks Methodist Church where he served as a Deacon, and was a retired employee of Fruit of The Loom. He enjoyed fishing, country music, scenic drives through the country, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by one son and four daughters: Frank Harden (Mazetta) of Somerset, Cheri Ramsey of Campbellsville, Kathy Wethington (Tommy) of Liberty, Libby Wilson of Campbellsville, and Diane Johnson (Danielle) of Ohio. Six grandchildren: Nathaniel Harden (Whitney), Daniel Dicken (Amanda), Brittany Davis (Ben), Nick Wilson (Micheala), Paige Nolley (Drew), and Tyler Dobson. Nine great-grandchildren and one expected great-grandchild.
Also surviving is one sister: Clarice Sublett of Campbellsville.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: James Harden, Alton Harden, and Doyle Harden.
The funeral service for Elwin F. Harden will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in Harden Cemetery in Elk Horn.
Bro. Freddy Thompson will officiate.
The family requests visitation on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, from 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
