Charles Burress of Mannsville, son of the late Virgil Burress and Elizabeth Light Burress, was born on October 10, 1940 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 12:15 A.M., Saturday, May 31, 2014 in Greensburg. Age:73
He was a former employee of Warner Fertilizer in Campbellsville as well as the Taylor County Road Department.
He was united in marriage to JoAnn Williams on April 6, 1962. She preceded him in death on May 16, 2010.
He is survived by one daughter and one son: Jenise Sherrill of Mannsville and Biggen Burress and wife, Kristi of Campbellsville; one step-granddaughter, Georgia Cash of Mannsville; one sister, Louise Spurling and husband, Gary of ElkHorn; several other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by an infant son, Charles Wayne Burress and one brother, Ralph Burress.

Mrs Judy Ann Collins of Webster, KY passed from this life on Sunday, June 1, 2014 in Campbellsville at the home of her daughter. She was 72 years of age, and was the daughter of the late Colonel Griffith and Edna (Vaughn) Graham. Mrs. Collins was married to the late Msgt. Jimmy Wayne Collins; like many military wives, she became quite proficient in various fields. She was a self-taught computer and network engineer, yet she would often be found gardening or making home repairs. Mrs. Collins had professed faith in Christ, and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness’.
Mrs. Collins leaves to cherish her memory:
One son: Jim Collins and wife Mona of Garfield, KY,
Two daughters: Debbie Bentley and husband Dr. Eric Bentley of Campbellsville, and Kim Stoker and husband Ed of Frankfort, KY
Eight grandchildren: Nicole Rice, Hannah Bentley-Keeven, Heather Bentley, Benjamin Bentley, Edward Stoker, Shannon Woodson, Jay Stoker, and Riley Collins,
Three step-grandchildren: Lindsay Reinhart, Chance Reinhart, and Saxon Reinhart,
Seven great-grandchildren,
Two in-laws: Betty Graham of Webster, KY, and Floyd Collins, Jr. of Brandenburg, KY
And a host of other extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by:
Her parents: Colonel Griffith and Edna Graham,
Her husband: United States Air Force Msgt. Jimmy Wayne Collins,
Four siblings: Gladys Duncan, Margie Dunn, Monroe Graham, and Shirley Wheeler
There will be a memorial service for Mrs. Judy Ann Collins held at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718 on Wednesday, June 4, 2014 at 1:00 PM EST. Mr. Floyd Collins, Jr. will deliver the eulogy.
The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 4, from 11:00 AM EST until time for the service.
Mrs. Collins’ remains will be interred in the Lebanon National Cemetery in Lebanon, KY.

Mrs. Billie Lynn Rutherford of Columbia passed away at her home on Saturday, May 31, 2014 after an illness. She was 69 years of age. Mrs. Rutherford was born to Bill and Emma (Allen) Broyles on December 14, 1944 in Lowell, KY. As a young lady, she moved to Ohio where she married her sweetheart, Bud Rutherford, and together they shared many cherished years.
Mrs. Rutherford leaves to mourn for passing:
Her husband: George “Bud” Rutherford of Columbia,
Her parents: Bill and Emma Broyles of Ohio,
Two daughters: Julie Boatman and husband Perry, and Kristy Marshall and husband Chris, all of Ohio,
Two sisters: Gail Hamilton and Carol Music, also of Ohio,
Five grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren,
And several other relatives and friends.
The family will announce and host a memorial service in Ohio at a later date.
