Donna Kay Price, age 58, died at her residence Tuesday.
She was the daughter of the late Leslie Turner Price and Alice Rees Price of Taylor County.
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and a nursing assistant for many years.
She is survived by three sisters, Jo Ann Price of Indianapolis, Vickie Young of Campbellsville and Alice Marie Russell of South Carolina. One aunt, Wendy Bayless, and one uncle, Carl James Murphy Jr. also survive along with several nieces and nephews.
Memorial funeral mass for Donna Fay Price will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 21, 2014, at Our Lady of Perpetual Care Catholic Church with burial in the Good Hope Baptist Church Cemetery.

Sarah Lee Page Wayne of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Andy Page and Mary Candice Rafferty Page, was born March 21, 1921, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at10:11P.M., Thursday, June 12, 2014, in Jackson, Tennessee. Age: 93
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
She was a former lunchroom employee at Campbellsville Elementary School and Taylor County Elementary School, former employee of Boston’s Mini Home, Metzmeier Nursing Home, and for many years did wonderful caretaking in people’s homes.
She united in marriage to Walter Wayne October 31, 1939. He preceded her in death July 9, 1961.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Walt Hedges of Jackson, Tennessee; one former daughter-in-law, Alla Rae Janes of Campbellsville; three granddaughters and one grandson: Denean Hendren and husband, Seth of Medina, Tennessee, Robin Brown and husband, Steven of Alpharetta, Georgia, Wendy Sabo and husband, John and Neil Wayne of Campbellsville; step-granddaughter, Nikki Salyers and husband, Logan of Campbellsville; eight great-grandchildren: Megan Brown, Laura Brown, William Brown, Andy Sabo, Jack Sabo, MaKenzie Hendren, Michael Hendren, and Will Hendren; three step-great-grandchildren: Chelcie Salyers, Hunter Salyers, and Levi Salyers; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Merlin Wayne August 5, 2012 and four sisters and three brothers: Jessie Benningfield, Emma Farmer, Margaret Tucker, Ada Aileen Page, Lafe Page, Frank Page, and James Colvin.

Fred Underwood of Buffalo, son of the late Herb Underwood and Lillie Shofner Underwood, was born July 9, 1930, in Larue County, Kentucky. He died at 8:30A.M., Friday, June 13, 2014, in Buffalo. Age: 83
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Poplar Grove United Methodist Church.
He was a retired TARC bus driver, farmer and mechanic.
He united in marriage to Barbara Webb, February 18, 1961.
Besides his wife, Barbara Underwood of Buffalo, he is survived by two sons: Danny Dale Underwood of Campbellsville and Carlton Underwood of Buffalo; two step-children: Vincent Huff and wife, Annie of Buffalo and Elizabeth Pennington and husband, Steve of Louisville; fourteen grandchildren: Danny Underwood Jr., Dale Underwood, Charlotte Frame, Stacy Morgan and husband, Ronnie, C.J. Underwood, Carlton Lee Underwood Jr., Sarah Underwood, Sean Underwood, Jesse Underwood, Heidi Underwood, Carl Ray Hicks, Nicole Pennington, Lorie Pennington and Steve Pennington; two brothers and three sisters: Charlie Underwood of Shepherdsville, Walter Underwood and Katie Brown of Louisville, Hazel Warren and husband, Stoy of Greensburg and Mary Warren of Summersville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Gary Underwood and a brother, Blond Underwood.
