Phillip J. Martin of Campbellsville, son of John R. Martin and Dorcas Gribbins Martin and Starr Brown and Michael Semones, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, August 7, 1993.   He died at 2:23 P.M., Thursday, January 2, 2014 in Taylor County as the result of an automobile accident.     Age:   20

He was a former employee of McDonald’s and Kroger and currently, was an apprentice boiler maker at PIC Group.

He is survived by his parents, John R. and Dorcas Gribbins Martin of Knifley and Starr Brown of Taylor County and Michael Semones of Mercer County; three sisters and one brother:  Shiann, Ashlee, Brooklyn and Cody; two nieces and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, John R. Martin, II.

Ron Coleman

Ron Coleman of Jeffersonville, Indiana, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late John Coleman and Jean Lakin Coleman, was born in Jacksonville, Illinois, June 12, 1948.  He died at 2:43 P.M., Wednesday, January 1, 2014, in Jeffersonville, Indiana.      Age:   65

He professed faith in Christ and attended St. Marks Lutheran Church.

He was an employee of Rauch, Inc., in Jeffersonville, Indiana and was loved very much by the mentally challenged adults he worked with. He was a former basketball coach at Campbellsville University and former employee of Adanta in Campbellsville, LifeSpring in Jeffersonville and The New Hope.

He united in marriage to Roxanne Farmer Perry March 1, 1988.

Besides his wife, Roxanne Perry Coleman of Jeffersonville, he is survived by two daughters:  Mindy Jane Coleman of Ashville, North Carolina and Stacy Noel Coleman of Portland, Oregon; three step-children:  Mike Perry and wife, Beverly of Denver Colorado, Kathy Graham of Bowling Green and Bethany Perry of Jackson, Tennessee; five step-grandchildren:  Shanel Perry, Wesley Perry, Erica Gaines, Sheree Newton and Clint Graham; seven step-great-grandchildren; one brother, Steve Coleman of Jacksonville, Illinois; one nephew, Aaron Coleman; and many other relatives and friends.

Larry Ray Wilson

Mr. Larry Ray Wilson, of Campbellsville, went to rest with his Lord on Wednesday, January 1, 2014, at the Taylor Regional Hospital. He was 51 years old. He was the son of the late Finis Ray and Clarice (Franklin) Wilson. He had been employed as a delivery driver for Sysco Food Service. Until an accident left him disabled, Mr. Wilson enjoyed spending time outside, especially when the seasons allowed him to landscape. He answered the call of duty as a young man, and served his country honorably in the Army National Guard. Mr. Wilson had made a profession of faith in Christ, and was a member of the South Greensburg Baptist Church.

Mr. Larry Ray Wilson is survived by:
His wife – Shelia (Cobb) Wilson,
One son – Donald Ray Tucker and wife Lana, of Louisville,
Four siblings – Terry Wilson and wife Vanda, of Campbellsville, Patty Branham and husband Jimmy, Sandy Hilger, and Susan Webster-Hooten and husband Bruce, all of Columbia,
His father-in-law and mother-in-law – Wade Cobb and Mona Davis of Greensburg,
One sister-in-law – Misty Rodriguez of Campbellsville,
Four brothers-in-law – Nick Cobb and wife Rhonda, of Campbellsville, Steven Cobb and wife Charlette, of Bardstown, David Cobb, and Darryl Cobb, both of Greensburg,
Two grandchildren,
And a host of other special friends, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews, including Christian Rodriguez of Campbellsville.

There will be a memorial service for Mr. Larry Ray Wilson at the South Greensburg Baptist Church in Green County at 10 AM EST on Saturday, January 4, 2014 with Bro. Robert Adkins officiating.
