Floy Cox, 93

Floy Cox of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ben D. Cox and Fannie Cox, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, July 4, 1917.  She died at 12:10 P.M., Friday, February 25, 2011 in Campbellsville.        Age:   93

She had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Bible Baptist Tabernacle.

She was a retired nurse’s aid at Metzmeier Nursing Home.

She united in marriage to James Herman Cox in 1940.  He preceded her in

death in 1960.

She is survived by a son, James A. Cox of Campbellsville; two granddaughters:  Gail Shofner and Susan Shofner of Campbellsville; five great-grandchildren:  Jeffrey David Muncie, Jedidiah Lee Rash, Keely Rash, Justin Begley and Job Hunt of Campbellsville; two great-great-granddaughters:  Kileigh Begley and Jocelyn Begley of Campbellsville; one sister, Bonnie Robison of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son and one daughter:  Donald Cox and Annetta Shofner and one brother and three sisters:  Lanous Cox, Ethel Simpson, Zelma Bottoms and Flora Cox.

Larry Nash, 60

Larry Nash of Campbellsville, son of Mae Seaton Nash and the late Herman Nash was born April 24, 1950 in Barren County, Kentucky. He died at 10:37 A.M. Tuesday, February 22, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 60

He was a Christian and a member of the Church of Christ.

He was a loving Dad and Grandpa and a farmer, educator and coach.

He united in marriage to Becky Burris June 3, 1972.

Besides his wife, Becky Nash of Campbellsville he is survived by one daughter and one son, Mamie Nash of Louisville and Joe Nash of Greensburg, Kentucky; one granddaughter, Laila Nash of Campbellsville, mother, Mae Nash of Leitchfield; one sister, Judy Nash of Leitchfield and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by one sister, Patsy Nash September 26, 1986.
