Garnett “Mo” Morrison

    Garett “Mo” Morrison, age 65, of Heart Lane, Campbellsville died Thursday, November 3, 2011 at Norton Hospice Unit in
Louisville after an illness.

          He was the son of the late Charles and Polly Campbell Morrison,  He was an employee of Cox Interior.

          He is survived by his wife Delilah Stevens Morrison of Campbellsville, one son, Charles Richard Morrison of Jamestown and one daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Christopher Campbell of Shelbyville, five grandchildren, three brothers, Terry Morrison of Florida, Steve Morrison and Tom Morrison of Indiana, two sisters, Hazel Steven Boyd of Somerset and Lou
McKensey, Maryland.

          Family request visitation 1-3 PM, Sunday, November 6, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

          In lieu of flowers the family request expressions of  sympathy be in form of donations To FRIENDS HELPING FRIENDS  OF Cox Interior and all donations can be made at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

Maria Bertha Cartaya

Maria Bertha Cartaya of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Manuel Angel Castillo and Maria Teresa Rueda Castillo, was born in Nueva Paz, Havana, Cuba, September 26, 1916.   She
died at 10:55 A.M., Tuesday, November 1, 2011 in Maineville, Ohio.   Age:  95

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

She united in marriage to Dr. Mario Waldo Cartaya July 4, 1942.  He preceded her in death October 12, 1997.

She is survived by one son and one daughter: Mario Cartaya and special friend, Colleen Eubanks of Maineville, Ohio and Maria Rockhold and husband, Fred of Campbellsville; seven
grandchildren:  Jennifer Rodgers and husband, Jimmy and Sue Roution and husband, Barry of Campbellsville, Rebecca McVey and husband, D. J. of Versailles, Mario Cartaya and wife, Tawnya, Christie Eaken and husband, Dan, Scott Cartaya and wife, Emily and Wyatt Cartaya of Maineville; three great-grandchildren:  Bradley Paul Clark, McKenzie Sue Clark and Beckett Cartaya; one sister, Ana Irma Pujol and husband, Ignacio of Houston, Texas; former daughter-in-law, Bonnie Cartaya of Maineville, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and many other
relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters:  Manuel Angel Castillo, Elina Castillo, Maria Teresa Palacio and Marta Diaz Perera.

Madeline Cave

Madeline Cave, age 90, of Mardis Road, Campbellsville, died Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at the Golden
Living Center in Greensburg after an illness.

     She was the daughter of the late Ras and Lillian Rainwater, she was also preceded in death by her husband Willie Bob
Cave, two sons, Morris Manford and Leslie Wood Cave  two brothers, Kenneth and Gordon Rainwater, and one sister, Rosaline Sprowles.

     She is survived by two grandchildren, Gail  Cave  of Greensburg and Steven Cave , three great grandchildren Amanda Cave,
Eddie Cave of Greensburg  and Leslie Beauchamp of Campbellsville and one great greatgrandchild, John Lucas Tungate, three brothers and three sisters,  Ernest Rainwater, Billy Rainwater, J. D. Rainwater, Lula Mae Bell, Helen Sharp and Barbara Skaggs all of Campbellsville.

    Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to
follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

    Family request visitation 4 to 8 PM, Thursday, November 3, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.
