Charles LeRoy Joyce, 84, of Bluegrass Court Campbellsville, died Saturday, April 9, 2011 at his residence after an illness.He was the son of the late  Harry  and Mary Joyce.  He was also preceded in death by his wife
Wilma Joyce on September 5, 2008.

He is survived by two nieces , Jean Clark of Campbellsville,
Joyce Hagan of Florida, two nephews, Rick Casey and Harold Joyce  both of Louisville.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Monday, April 11, 2011 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in Our Lady of Help Perpetual Catholic Church Cemetery.

Wayne Delmore Phillips of Tampa, Florida, and Campbellsville, son of the late Ray H. Phillips and Blanche Thompson Phillips, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, October 5, 1940. He died at 9:49 A.M., Thursday, April 7, 2011 in Tampa. Age: 70
He united in marriage to Phyllis Kearney September 28, 1961.
Besides his wife, Phyllis Phillips, he is survived by two daughters and one son: Misty Phillips of Phoenix, Arizona, Lisa Robin Colodny of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Curtis Dwayne Phillips of Tampa, Florida; one granddaughter, Samantha Peyton Colodny of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; one brother, Wilbur D. Phillips of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters: Garnett K. Phillips August 18, 1957, Alton R. Phillips June 15, 1969, Marguerite Clark December 15, 1977 and Irvin Phillips and Nancy Phillips in infancy.

Elymus Lewis of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James Allen Ford and Lulu Jones Ford was born October 9, 1917, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:26 A.M., Saturday, April 9, 2011 in Campbellsville. Age: 93
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She was an employee of Metzmeier Nursing Home for some twenty six years.
She united in marriage to Carl Lewis December 24, 1935. He preceded her in death April 25, 1997.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter and their spouses, Wendell and Goldie Lewis of Elkhorn, Junior and Brenda Lewis of Shepherdsville and Rebecca and Dale Patterson of Windsor; five grandchildren: Alan Patterson and wife, Lilly and Keith Patterson and wife Amy of Windsor, Vickie Coy and husband Alan of Mt. Washington, Barry Lewis of Campbellsville and Stephen Lewis of Louisville; one great-grandson and four great-granddaughters: Josh Patterson, Jenny Patterson, Kelly Patterson, Amanda Lewis and Taylor Lewis; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one sister, Pearline Smith.
