Lights out at the Capitol this Saturday during ‘Earth Hour’FRANKFORT, Ky. — Gov. Steve Beshear and First Lady Jane Beshear have again pledged to participate for a second year in the international “Earth Hour,” sponsored by the World Wildlife Federation.
