Sandra “Sandy” Lamantia, 75, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Walter Charles and Mary Elizabeth Folmer was born December 7th, 1948, in Dayton, Ohio, and departed this life on Friday, May 31st, 2024 at Green Hill Rehab & Care in Greensburg.
She enjoyed making crafts, spending time with family, and playing cards. Sandy expressed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Sandy is survived by:
Her daughter, Veronica Vaughn and her husband, Kenny, of Somerset
13 grandchildren: Shannon Roberts and his wife, Ashley, of Campbellsville; Brittany Vaughn of Somerset; Jordan Vaughn and his wife, Chelsey, of Somerset; Taylor Vaughn of Somerset; Cody Roberts of Texas; Naveh Roberts of Somerset; Catelyn Yates of Campbellsville; Brianna Yates and her significant other, Zaquan Cowan, of Campbellsville; Angela Pendleton and her husband, Conlee, of Campbellsville; Crystal Benningfield and her husband, Joey, of Campbellsville; Ricky Yates Jr. and his wife, Courtney, of Campbellsville; and Peyton and Mia

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society which may be made at the funeral home.

Carl Goff of Campbellsville, infant son of Max Goff and Jazmine Howard Goff, was born October 11, 2023 and died May 31, 2024 in Taylor County, Kentucky. Age: 7 months

Paul Leonard Adams of Campbellsville, KY, the son of David Wayne Adams and the late Kitty Wells Adams, was born July 17, 1974, in Louisville, and departed this life on Saturday, June 1, 2024, in Campbellsville, KY. He was 49 years of age.
He was of the Christian Faith and was employed at Mattingly Security as a Security Guard. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing and hunting of all kinds. His family says that he was the “best husband”, “was a laid back and gentle soul”, and “was the toughest man that ever lived”. He absolutely loved spending time with his family and would’ve done anything they asked of him.
Survivors include his loving wife of twenty-six years: Jennifer Burley Adams of Campbellsville, Six children: Jake Noel of Lebanon, Raelyn Wilson and husband Alex of Campbellsville, Paul Adams II of Lebanon, Raven Adams and significant other Jason Agee, Xavior Adams, and Gabriel Adams all of Campbellsville. One granddaughter: Juniper Irene Matthis, and one expected grandchild.
Three brothers: David W. Adams, Jr. of Lexington, Joshua Adams of Campbellsville, and Ryan Adams of Elizabethtown.
Also surviving are a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by two sisters: Clareasa Ellen “Lisa” Adams, and Priscilla Adams.
There will be a funeral service for Paul Leonard Adams on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery.
The family has requested visitation on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 11:00 AM until the time of the service.
Memorial donations are suggested to be donations to the Funeral Expense Fund and those can be made at the funeral home.
