Robert Frank Arnold, age 88, of Elizabethtown, formerly of Taylor County, died Thursday, March 12, 2009 at Hardin Memorial Hospital after an illness.
He was the son of the late Robert (Bob) and Lola Elizabeth Arnold. He was also preceded in death by one son, Larry James Arnold and one sister, Dollie June Arnold.
He is survived by his wife, Lena Mardis Arnold, of Elizabethtown, four sons, Mike Arnold of Campbellsville, John Arnold, Steven Arnold and Danny Arnold all of Elizabethtown, one step-daughter, Judy Henderson of Illinois, nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren, one brother, Stanley Arnold of Lewisburg, Ohio.
Graveside services will be conducted at 10AM, Monday, March 16, 2009 at Kentucky Veteran Cemetery in Radcliff.
Family request visitation 5-7 PM, Sunday, March 15, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home Chapel.

Beatrice Mae Cox, age 58, of Underwood Street, Campbellsville died Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at her residence after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Tom and Josie Pruitt of Greensburg. She was also preceded in death by one brother Billy Jean Pruitt and one sister Ruth Ann Pruitt. She was retired from Fruit of the Loom and a member of St. Marks United Methodist Church.
She was united in marriage to Delana Lewis (Bo) Cox on October 11, 1965, who survives. Also surviving is one son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Joy Cox of Elizabethtown, two daughters and son-in-law, Lana Loy of Campbellsville and special friend, Vernon Atwood , Kathy Jo and Mark Warren of Mt. Sherman, seven grandchildren, Josh and Mark Loy, Taylor and Kari Warren, Alli, Malorie and Makenna Cox and one great grandchild, Blake Russell-Loy, four brothers, William Robert (Bill) Pruitt, of Campbellsville, Jimmy Pruitt and Kenneth Ray Pruitt of Louisville, Roy Pruitt of Greensburg, two sisters, Patricia Marie Goldsmith of Horse Cave and Betty Frances Dunham of Louisiana.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Friday, March 13, 2009 at St. Marks United Methodist Church with burial to follow in Bethlehem Cemetery in Green County.

Inez Jones, 82, Kokomo, died at 7:13 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2009 at Howard Regional Hospital. She was born March 20, 1926 in class=yshortcutsWadsworth, Ohio, the daughter of Luther amp; Maggie Marie (Spires) Knifley. On August 20, 1944 in class=yshortcuts background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed;Campbellsville, Kentucky, she married Loren Jones who preceded her in death January 4, 1988.
Inez was a 1943 graduate of Knifley class=yshortcutsHigh School, Knifley, Kentucky. She had been employed at Haynes Stellite for several years, but chose to dedicate herself to her family as a wife, mother and homemaker.
She was a member of the Judson Road class=yshortcutsChristian Church (formerly Kokomo class=yshortcuts cursor: hand; border-bottom: #0066cc 1px dashed;Church of Christ) for 57 years. She was active in the Joy class=yshortcuts background: none transparent scroll repeat 0% 0%; cursor: hand; border-bottom: medium none;Sunday school class, the Humdingers social group, bible study and had been a Sunday school volunteer and also a member of the church dart ball group. She began Karate lessons when she was 77 and earned 3 belts. Inez was a skilled quilter, having made many many quilts during her lifetime.
