Hettie Jacobs

Hettie Lee Jacobs, 76, of Bradfordsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Henry Lee Thomas Gribbin and Janice Ray Bocash was born July 23rd, 1947, in Mt. Washington, Kentucky, and departed this life on April 22nd, 2024.
Hettie united in marriage to Mr. James Ernest Jacobs, he preceded her in death on March 29th, 2005.
Hettie enjoyed watching TV. She loved flowers, with day lilies being her favorite. Hettie professed faith in Christ.

Hettie is survived by:
Her son, Jon Jacobs and his significant other, Katie Behringer, of Bradfordsville
A host of other relatives and friends

Hettie was preceded in death by:
One brother, George Ray Gribbin

FUNERAL: All services for Ms. Jacobs will be held privately. Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville is in charge of all arrangements.

Ervin Wheeler

Ervin Lee “Al” Wheeler Sr, 79, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, son of the late Henry Wheeler and Ada Gray Barfield Wheeler was born August 8th, 1944, in Wilson, NC, and departed this life on April 18th, 2024.
Al united in marriage to Ms. Fran Wheeler in May 1972. She preceded him in death in March 2010. He later united in marriage to Ms. Neva Gentry on September 29th, 2018. She survives.
Al served his country proudly in the Air Force for 20 years. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.

Al is survived by:
Five children: Tom Bodden, Tami Bragg, Lee Wheeler, Kim Wise, and Penny Couling
Eight grandchildren: Samantha Bragg, Alexandra Bragg, Brie Wheeler, Sion Smith, Seth Smith, Blake McDonald, Tanner Couling, and Jessica Gore
Two sisters: Evelyn Joyner and Connie Moore
A host of other relatives and friends

Al was preceded in death by:
Two brothers: Bobby Wheeler and Dennis Wheeler

Hollis Rogers

Hollis Rogers, son of the late Ernest Belmont Rogers and Mayme Gaines Rogers, was born on December 6, 1928 in Taylor County, Kentucky.  He died at 10:16 P.M., Wednesday, April 17, 2024, in Campbellsville.  Age:  95

He professed faith and was a member of the St. Andrew Methodist Church.

Hollis was a retired employee of Campbellsville Water Company.  He had also worked for Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville, K Mart and NAPA.

He united in marriage to Julia Wynemia Hayes January 6, 1952 and she preceded him in death May 24, 1990.

Hollis is survived by one grandson, Jonathan Whitlow and wife, Laura of Brandenburg; six great-grandchildren:  Lauren Elstone, Taylor Elstone, Jaiden Neal, Parker Whitlow, Cooper Whitlow and Ariana Whitlow; two great-great-grandchildren:  Link’yn Elstone and Kingston Proffitt; one sister, Margaret Phillips of Campbellsville; special friend, Ricky Bray; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Hollis was also preceded in death by a daughter, Teresa Hayes Rogers March 29, 2018 and four brothers and three sisters:  Clay Rogers, Paul Rogers, Richard Rogers, John Shelby Rogers, Fannie Belle Sapp, Louise Buck and Cleo Fryback.
