Juanita Shofner, 87

Juanita Shofner, the daughter of the late Sam Elliot and Etta Myrtle (Price) Allen, was born December 19, 1933 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 87 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and attended the Vineyard Church in Campbellsville.
She retired from Fruit of the Loom after 40 years.
She united in marriage to James Shofner in 1951, who preceded her in death in 2012.
She is survived by a son: Dylan Joe Shofner and wife Julie of Missouri; a sister: Minnie Hancock of Lebanon; two grandchildren: Aaron Joseph Shofner and Alayna Marie Shofner; a host of nieces and nephews including Debra Chandler, whom she reared for eleven years and Jane Milby.
Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 10 brothers and sisters: Roxey Allen, Rachel Sprowles, William Allen, Emma Lee Warner Sallee, John Allen, Oddry Allen, Ethel Puyear, Mary K. Hourigan, Sadie Mable Allen.

The funeral service for Juanita Shofner will be Sunday, October 17, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Brookside Cemetery.
Family requests visitation after 12 Noon on Sunday at the funeral home.

SHARON GAIL FOLEY RICE OBITUARY

Sharon Gail Foley Rice, 72, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Leo Foley and Edna Long Foley was born on October 28th, 1948, and departed this life in the presence of her loving family on Wednesday, October 13th, 2021, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky.

She professed her faith in Christ and was of Baptist faith.  Sharon went to college and was an art major but later raised three loving sons and became a homemaker.

Survived by three sons: James Rice, Andy Rice and Joey Rice, all of Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Three brothers: Arnold Foley of Campbellsville; Jerry Foley of Greensburg; and Donnie Foley and his wife Debbie of Campbellsville.

One sister: Georgia Bowen of Campbellsville.

VISITATION: Monday, October 18th, 2021, from 11am-1pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.

EARL EDWARD BEAMS OBITUARY

Earl Edward Beams, 82, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, son of the late Everett Edward Beams and Gladys Marie Allen, was born April 14th, 1939, in Taylor County and departed this life on Tuesday, October 12th, 2021, at his home.

He professed his faith in Christ and attended Grace Mission Church. Earl was a retired purchasing agent at Campbellsville Industries and an Army Veteran.

He united in marriage to Shirley Ann Beams on June 1st, 1963, and she preceded him in death on March 8th, 2017.

Survived by two loving children: Marie Dudley of Campbellsville; Steve Beams and wife Rhonda Beams of Campbellsville.

Six grandchildren: Megan Marie Dudley of Burlington; Cameron Dudley of Burlington; Alyssa Dudley of Campbellsville; Ashley Burton and her husband, Rodney of Columbia; Daniel Beams of Campbellsville; and Brenna Lenz and her husband, Andy of Campbellsville.

Six great grandchildren: Camden Dudley of Campbellsville; Ethan Burton, Audra Burton, and Asher Burton, all of Columbia; Easton Beams of Campbellsville; and Macy Lenz of Campbellsville.

Besides his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by:

Three sisters: Veda Bowen, Frances Skaggs, and Anna Marilyn Beams

One brother: Junior Allan Beams.

Pallbearers:  Daniel Beams, Rodney Burton, Andy Lenz, Mickey Sapp, Ryan Abrell, and Cameron Dudley.

VISITATION: Saturday, October 16th, 2021, from 10:00am-2:00pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.

FUNERAL: Saturday, October 16th, 2021, at 2:00pm EST at Auberry Funeral Home in downtown Campbellsville.

Bro. Larry Harrah will be officiating the service.

Burial to follow in Beams Cemetery.
