Janice Brown Corbin, 85, of Campbellsville, Kentucky, was born November 8th, 1936, in Russell County (Ono Community), Kentucky, to the late Athol Brown and Zilma Dunbar Brown. She passed away on Tuesday, October 11th, 2022, at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville, KY.
She was a retired schoolteacher having taught thirty years, beginning in Russell County in a two-room schoolhouse and retiring from Campbellsville. Janice was also a Kentucky Colonel. She professed faith in Christ early in life at Square Oak Baptist Church. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church and has attended for many years.
Janice married her best friend Dennis K. Corbin, whom she met while attending Lindsey Wilson College. They married August 13th, 1959, and he preceded her in death May 25th, 2013. She was a loving wife, mother and grandma. Her and Dennis loved to travel and visit almost every state including Canada and Nova Scotia. Their favorite trip was traveling by car to Alaska to celebrate their 36th wedding anniversary.
Janice is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: David and Kimberly Corbin.
One granddaughter: Mariah Corbin and her husband, Jared Nicholas.
One grandson: Kyle Corbin and wife, Alex.
Two great-grandchildren: Josie Corbin and Walker Corbin.
One sister: Gladys Kimbler.
Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Janice was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother: Glenyce Brown, March 1989, Joyce Luckett, October 2020, and Roger Lee Brown, September 2009.

Pallbearers: Chris Luckett, Gary Corbin, Eric Pickett, Barry Pickett, Mark Kimbler, Kyle Corbin, Jared Nicholas, Clinton Luckett
Honorary Pallbearers: Angie Miller, Tamara Coots, Tommy Corbin, Gladys Kimbler, Juanita Burton, Tom Burton, Willing Workers Adult Sunday School Class.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for expressions of sympathy be taken in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society or Gideon Bibles and can be made at the funeral home.

Brenda Joyce Jeffries of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Richard Henry Colvin and Rosie Lee Calhoun Colvin, was born January 10, 1941 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 11:20 A.M., Sunday, October 9, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 81
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Faith Union Baptist Church.
She was a loving mom and loved all her family, including the children she babysat.
Brenda is survived by one son and three daughters: James Albert Jeffries, Judy Ann Tucker and husband, Bryan of Campbellsville, Betty Kay Gadberry of Columbia and Brenda Deering and significant other, Sammy Bass of Nicholasville;
six grandchildren; Martie Deering, Amanda Jones and husband, Keith, Jessica Dean and fiancé, Dylan Price, Danielle Jones, Hunter Gadberry and Kodie Gadberry; seven great-grandchildren: Kaylee Leake, Ally Deering, Lindsey Deering, Blake Deering, Allison Dean, Cameron Dean and Mia Kate Jones; two brothers and three sisters: Clarence Edward Colvin and wife, Linda, and Barbara Jean Davis of Campbellsville, Ramona Shively of Lebanon, Bennie Ray Colvin of Finley and Susan Jacobs of Danville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Brenda was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: James Robert Colvin, Richard Melvin Colvin, Earl Buford Colvin, Coy Dean Colvin and Mary Elizabeth Colvin and two great-grandchildren: Austin Tingle and Jaxson Tucker.

Charlie Robinson of Campbellsville, son of the late James William “Will” Robinson and Pauline Bottoms Robinson, was born August 24, 1945 in Adair County, Kentucky. He died at 4:00 A.M., Saturday, October 8, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 77
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle in Knifley. Charlie was a devout Christian and read his Bible nearly every night.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired knitting room employee at Fruit of the Loom in Jamestown.
Charlie united in marriage to Pauline Kelsay November 13, 1967.
He loved digging in the woods and reading.
Besides his wife, Pauline Robinson of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Alisa and Kevin Shirrell of Campbellsville; one son-in-law, Harlan Jessie of Greensburg; two grandchildren: Kristin Smith and husband, Brandon and Blake Shirrell of Campbellsville; one expected great-grandchild; one sister, Norma Robinson of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Charlie was also preceded in death by a daughter, Dana Nichelle Jessie and a brother, Edward Robinson.
