Betty Nelson Sharp of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Nelson and Edna Stearman Nelson, was born March 8, 1921 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:55 A.M., Monday, January 21, 2019 in Greensburg. Age: 97
She professed faith in Christ and had been a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church since 1950.
Betty was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She was a great cook and loved feeding her family.
She united in marriage to Raymond Hobson “Peanut” Sharp January 3, 1942 and he preceded her in death May 12, 1994.
She is survived by three sons: Kenneth Sharp and wife, Emma, Jerry Sharp and Randall Sharp and wife, Sharon of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Evangela Sharp Cave and husband, Bernie, Ernie Sharp and wife, Cindie, Suzette Sharp Akridge and husband, Lee, Shanon Sharp Clark, Beth Sharp Wilson and husband, Terry, and Todd Sharp and wife, Brandie; sixteen great-grandchildren: Javen Cave, Karrie Cave, Zachery Sharp, Gabriel Sharp, Breanna Sharp, Samantha Akridge, Devan Wasson, Ashleigh Knopp and husband Travis, Austin Yates and wife, Jessie, Presley Wilson, Bobby Wilson, Gracie Wilson, Savanna Sharp, McKynzee Gumm, Keegan Zulager and Rylee Zulager; four great-great-grandchildren: Gunnar Cave, Jackson Knopp, Noah Knopp, Annabelle Knopp and expecting Lucy Knopp; two sisters and one brother: Thelma Barnes and husband , Kelsay “Bug” Barnes and Rachel Durham and husband, Howard and Allen Nelson of Campbellsville; three sisters-in-law: Ruby Nelson, Evelyn Fisher, and Helen Sharpe of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by one great-grandson, Brent Sharp and six siblings: Pearl Sullivan, Ruth Nelson, Gladys Milby, Florence Curry, Buckner Nelson and David Lee “Joaner” Nelson.

Goldie Oneal Smith of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Johnnie Cox and Nancy Hardwick Cox was born April 25, 1936 in Taylor County, Kentucky.
She died at 10:15 P.M., January 19, 2019 in Lebanon. Age: 82
She professed faith in Christ and when she was able attended Mannsville United Methodist Church.
Goldie was a social butterfly who always wanted to look her best and enjoyed dancing, country music and watching Westerns. She loved entertaining her family and was the life of the party. She enjoyed life to the fullest. Goldie was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Ladies Auxiliary at the American Legion.
She united in marriage to W. Paul Smith May 30, 1962. He preceded her in death October 2, 2013.
She is survived by one son, Clifford Krider and wife, Diane Foster; three granddaughters: Nicole Krider and husband, Robby Scott and Natasha Krider of Louisville and Michelle Stubbs and husband, Lee of Richmond; three great- grandchildren: Logan Porter Stubbs, Myah Paisley Stubbs and Lila Goldie Scott; two brothers and one sister: Keith Cox and wife, Laura, Wendell Cox and Geraldine Parrish of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Marlea Angelique “Angel” McCubbin, September 20, 2008 and three sisters and one brother: Jo Osborne, Thelma Borens, Hallie Ratliff and Mitchell Cox.

Ronny Gene Milby of Campbellsville, son of the late William Milby and Lillie Thompson Milby, was born July 14, 1941 in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 9:20 A.M., Friday, January 18, 2019 in Louisville. Age: 77
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Ronny was a retired employee for the County Judge office in Green County.
He was an avid Kentucky fan who enjoyed farming, gardening, woodworking and taking care of his animals.
Ronny united in marriage to Vanessa Clark Perkins May 30, 1998.
Besides his wife, Vanessa Milby of Campbellsville, he is survived by four children: Terrell Milby and wife, Lisa of Athens, Alabama and Keith Milby of Greensburg, Cassie Newton and husband, Drew and Steven Perkins and wife, Sabrina of Louisville; nine grandchildren:, Seth Milby, Ian Milby, Isaac Milby, Savannah Piper and husband Adam, Hannah Milby , Alaynah Milby and husband, Rob, Gabby Perkins, Maddy Perkins, and Eleanor Perkins ; one brother and two sisters: Garland Milby and wife, Mary Lois and Marie Perkins of Louisville, and Charlotte Stumph of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister: Ivan Milby and Marcella Lange.
