Luther Nelson Veatch
Luther Nelson Veatch of Campbellsville, the son of the late Edgar Veatch and Bertha Nelson Veatch, was born on July 17, 1955, and departed this life on September 28, 2026, in Campbellsville. He was 71 years of age.
Luther was a carpenter and laborer doing roofing, building houses, and various construction jobs. He enjoyed motorcycles, hunting, collecting Camel Cigarette memorabilia, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his children, Travis Veatch (Anita Jenelle) of White House, TN, and Troy Veatch of Campbellsville.
Three sisters, Mildred Haynes (Raymond), Carl Veatch (Ruth), Mary Sprowles (Paul), Herbert “Hub” Veatch (Brenda), and Connie Flechler (Dennis), and a host of grandchildren, and other relatives and friends, including his special friend Steve Hess.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Kyle Veatch, and by two brothers and one sister, Andrew Veatch, Joseph Veatch, and Dollie Flechler.
Cremation was chosen according to Luther’s wishes and there will be no public services.
