Sheila Ann Underwood

Mrs. Shelia Ann Underwood, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Clifford Atkins and Mary Percell Atkins, was born April 13th, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky. She died at 4:35 P.M. Saturday, at February 15th, 2020 at Norton’s Hosparus in Louisville, KY. Age:63
She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Shelia was a devoted wife and a homemaker.
She united in marriage to James Underwood Nov. 3rd, 2002.
She is survived by her husband James Underwood, a brother, Archie Kendall and wife Bettye of Hayward, California, one Niece Heather Coulter of Louisville, and a host other relatives and friends.
The Funeral Service for Shelia Ann Underwood will be Conducted at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Auberry-Gupton and Chandler Funeral Home with burial to follow at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 20, 2020 until the time of the service.

Mrs. Naomie Ruth Taylor, of Greensburg, daughter of the late Floyd Marshall Pope and Goldie Marie Drake Pope, was born March 15, 1935 Bartholomew County, Indiana. She died at 7:13 A.M. Thursday, February 6, 2020 at Jane Todd Crawford in Greensburg, Ky. Age:84
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Caldwell Ridge Baptist Church.
Naomie was a devoted wife and a homemaker.
She united in marriage to Walter R Taylor and he preceded him in death March 9, 1987.
She is survived by five sons and two daughters :Danny Pope and wife, Jeanine of Columbus, Indiana, Wallace Taylor and wife, Crystal of Metcalfe County, William Taylor and wife, Jen of Columbia, Kenny Taylor and wife, Cheryl of Hazard, Adam Taylor of Campbellsville, Goldie Bybee and Tammy Taylor of Columbia, several grandchildren and a host of many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.
The Funeral Service for Naomie Ruth Taylor will be Conducted at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, February 9, 2020 at Auberry-Gupton and Chandler Funeral Home with burial to follow at Cold Springs Cemetery in Liberty.
Visitation will be 1:00 P.M., Sunday, February 9, 2020 until the time of the service.

Richard McMahan Obituary

Mr. Richard McMahan, of Campbellsville, son of the late David Abner McMahan and Lera Blakeman McMahan, was born January 9, 1920, in Green County, KY. He died at 1:15 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Bluegrass Way in Campbellsville, KY, at age 100.
Richard was very civic minded and was active in Kiwanis. He professed faith in Christ and was a founding member of Woodlawn Christian Church, where he served as Elder and Sunday School teacher for many years. He was an avid golfer and fisherman.
Richard was a veteran of World War II and the Korean Conflict, having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was united in marriage with Juanita McKinley on June 26, 1947. She preceded him in death on December 30, 1993.
Richard first worked at his family’s business, McMahan Furniture Company. In the mid-1950s, Richard and Juanita opened McMahan Shoe Store in downtown Campbellsville which operated for 23 years.
He is survived by one daughter, Debbie Rice and husband, Steve; two grandchildren, Mindy Rice, and Andy Rice and wife, Haylie, all of Lexington.
He was preceded in death by his special friend, Nellie Campbell and by his seven brothers: Henry, Bruin, Finus, Lester, Clifton, Samuel and Ernest McMahan.
Funeral service for Richard McMahan will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Auberry-Gupton and Chandler Funeral Home with burial to follow at Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 4, 2020 until the time of the service.
Family suggests donations to Woodlawn Christian Church.

Alice Carol Arnett

Alice Carol Arnett of Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Robert Arnett and Clara Beams Arnett, was born on December 23, 1959 in Taylor County, Kentucky and departed this life on Sunday, December 8th, 2019 in Campbellsville at the age of 59.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was attending Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Alice worked at Taylor Regional Hospital as a stock clerk.
She is survived by two brothers: Jimmy Arnett of Campbellsville and Richard Arnett of Sandwich, Illinois. Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Alice was preceded in death by a beloved pet Annie “Bear” Arnett

OBITUARY
Mrs. Gladys Irene Stayton, of Campbellsville, was born on July 15, 1922, to the late John Clinton Williams and Celia L Osborne Williams in Gary, West Virginia, and departed this life on Wednesday, November 27, 2019, at the age of 97.
Mrs. Stayton professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville First Church of God. She was a homemaker and a devout wife to William.
She united in marriage to William Stayton April 3rd, 1947, who survives.
Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Drema Rafferty of Campbellsville; three sisters: Lois Carroll, Polly Morris and husband, Bobby and Doris Lewis all of Campbellsville; She was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Debra Lynn Rafferty; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
