Sheila Gayle Dulworth Caldwell, age 58 of Campbellsville, passed away on Monday in Louisville at the Kindred Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter: Crissy Woods and husband Dennis of Campbellsville.
A son: Blake Caldwell of Campbellsville.
Two brothers: Timmy Dulworth and wife Tina and Mitchell Overstreet and wife Karen all of Campbellsville.
One grandchild: Chloe Caldwell and one expectant grandchild: River Woods.
Her step-mother: Lois Dulworth of Campbellsville and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Sheila Gayle Dulworth Caldwell will be conducted Friday at 11 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Visitation from 5-8 PM on Thursday

Mr. Willard L. “Hank” Harris, son of the late Milburn Richard and Ermin Bell (Whitlock) Harris was born on January 26, 1959 and departed this life on Monday, April 11, 2016 at his home in Campbellsville. He was 57 years, 2 months, and 16 days of age. Mr. Harris was a security guard before becoming disabled. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially deer hunting and riding motorcycles. He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Temple.
He leaves to mourn his passing:
His wife: Susan Harris of Campbellsville,
One son: Willard “Lil’ Hank” Harris, Jr.,
Two step-children: Robbie Weinburger of Mexico, and Renee Weinburger of Texas,
One sister: Annette Harris Sharp of Scottsville,
Five brothers: Seibert Harris, Spot Harris, Melvin “Dick” Harris, Robert Harris and wife opal, all of Campbellsville, and George Ray Harris and wife Dorothy of Clinton, Illinois,
Special nieces and nephews: Lisa and John Harris, Trenton Harris, Tristian Harris, Haley Harris, and Cheyanne Montgomery,
His godson: Joey Greer,
And a host of other family and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Milburn Boyd Harris, and nineteen brothers and sisters.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Harris on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Chris Cofer will be officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Washington Cemetery, Saloma Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 13, from 4:30-8:00 PM.

Lucy Coyle of Campbellsville was born on January 16, 1955 to the late Otha Lee and Ina Mae (Hancock) Allen. She entered into rest on April 6, 2016 at the University of Louisville Hospital after an extended illness. She was 61 years, 2 months, and 21 days of age. Mrs. Coyle was retired, having worked many years in the food and beverage industry and in the Campbellsville Fruit of the Loom factory. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. She was the devoted wife of George Richard “G.R.” Coyle, who preceded her in death on February 16, 2012.
She leaves to cherish her memory:

She is also preceded in death by a sister, Martha Shelton.
There will be a memorial service to honor the life of Mrs. Coyle on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:30 AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Carlis Compton will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Lebanon National Cemetery, 20 Hwy 208, Lebanon, KY 40033.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, April 8, from 8:30 AM until the time of service.

Mrs. Anna Margaret (Harrison) Perkins was born in Campbellsville on February 3, 1937 to the late Otha and Anna May (Phillips) Harrison. She departed this life on Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at her home in Campbellsville, having attained the age of 79 years, 2 months, and 3 days. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Green River Baptist Church. Mrs. Perkins was retired from the Taylor County High School where she had worked several years in the maintenance department. She loved spending time with her family and friends and always kept busy crocheting or baking cakes.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
Two granddaughters: Rachel Armstrong and husband Eric, and Karen Corbin, all of Campbellsville,
Eight great-grandchildren: Courtney Gayle Seals, Dylan Price, Hailey Lynn Armstrong, Logan Eric Tyler Armstrong, Cody Armstrong, Carson Armstrong, Ariel Armstrong, and Danielle Armstrong,
And a host of extended family and close friends.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Morris Glenn Perkins in 1999, her daughter, Rachel Gayle Perkins in 2014, and eight siblings, Sam Harrison, Mildred Wolfe, Vinola Sharpe, Maudie Dile, Claudie Dile, Willie Harrison, Wlater Harrison, and Rachel Harrison.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Perkins on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Jamie Bennett and Bro. A. Landon Hadley will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery, 3441 Old Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718.

Mr. Avery R. Justice of Greensburg was born in Pike County, Kentucky on April 3, 1939. He departed this life on April 2, 2016 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital, having attained the age of 76 years, 11 months, and 30 days. He was a retired factory worker in the auto parts industry. Mr. Justice enjoyed outdoor activities, mainly baseball, especially the Detroit Tigers, and fishing. Above this, though, he was a devoted family man.
He leaves to cherish his memory:

One son: David Justice of Green County,
One daughter: Renee Gedert and husband Steve of Green County,
One sister: Mary Lou Damron of Illinois,
Two grandchildren: Timothy Gedert and Rachel Gedert of Green County,

He was also preceded in death by his mother, Gracie Justice, and two siblings, Betty Trout and Frank Justice.
Cremation rites were accorded Mr. Justice by the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Campbellsville. All services were held privately. Memorials are suggested to the American Cancer Society in memory of Mr. Justice.
