Mr. Ronald Warren Hixson passed peacefully from this life on Sunday, December 25, 2022 in Campbellsville at the Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Casey County, KY to the late Roy and Minnie Hixon on April 19, 1931, he was 91 years of age at the time of his death. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Christian faith. Mr. Hixon was retired from the Carnation Milk Company. He loved woodworking, building furniture, spending time with family and made frequent trips to Wal-Mart. He leaves to cherish his memory:
His wife: Ruby Graybeal Hixon
One daughter: Brenda Underwood and husband Michael T. of Elk Horn, KY
One brother: Byron Hixon of Knifley, Three sisters: Wilma Johnson, Una Cravens and Vera Davenport.
Two grandchildren: Stephanie Conn and husband Joey of Columbia, KY, Cathy Murray and husband Shawn of Greensburg, KY.
Four great-grandchildren: Dylan Conn, Dawson Conn, Dax Conn, and Casen Murray.
Special friends: Kathy and Larry Strange, Jimmy and Marilyn Gardner, Jewell Corbin and George Campbell.
And a host of other relatives and friends.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by one great grandson: Joseph Dane Conn.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Ronald Warren Hixon on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville, KY with burial to follow in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM until time for the service.

Mr. Marshall Lee Foster of Springfield passed peacefully from this life on Monday, December 19, 2022 in Campbellsville at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in Stearns, KY to the late Killis and Beulah Christine (Hamlin) Foster on October 22, 1937, he was 84 years of age at the time of his death. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Stearns First Baptist Church and Springfield Baptist Church. Mr. Foster was a retired district manager in the insurance industry. He was a veteran, having served his country honorably in the United States Army, and served his God and his community as a member of the Orie S. Ware Masonic Lodge #874 F&AM in Stearns, and the Oleika Shriners Lodge in Lexington.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
Two children: Louis Wayne Foster and wife Kelly of Burlington, and Debbie Paul and husband Wesley of Springfield,
A sister: Emma Lou Hall of Cincinnati, Ohio,
Eight grandchildren: Charissa Riley and husband Steven, Tabitha Foster, Kris Foster and wife Megan, Randy Foster, Jacob Foster and wife Destinie, Madelyn Foster, Ashley Weaver-Paul and husband Rory, and Jonathan Paul,
Eight great-grandchildren,
And a host of other family members and close friends.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Valdia (Hayes) Foster, two children, Lee Allen Foster and Stephen Foster, and two siblings, Margaret King and James Howard Foster.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Foster on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the sanctuary of the Springfield Baptist Church, 305 Lincoln Park Rd, Springfield, KY. Pastor Aaron Sherrell and Dr. Wesley Paul will officiate. Interment will follow in the Angel Cemetery in Stearns.
The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday, Dec. 28, from 10:00 AM until time for the service.

Jason Lee “Fish” Fisher of Campbellsville, the son of the Robert Earl Fisher and the late Marcella (Herron) Fisher was born September 10, 1972 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in Louisville at the Jewish Hospital. He was 50 years of age.
He was a garage door service and installer, known and the “Garage Door Man”.
He loved Harley-Davidson Motorcycles, knife collecting and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his father: Robert Earl Fisher and wife Jane; his children: Hunter and Shelby Fisher of North Carolina, Haley and Mason Fisher of Campbellsville.
Also a sister and two brothers: Pam Fisher, Bobby Fisher and Brian Fisher all of Campbellsville; two grandchildren: Kyler and Jase McCamish and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Jason Lee “Fish” Fisher will be Monday, December 26, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with cremation to follow.
Bro. John Butler will be officiating.
Family requests visitation after 11:00 A.M. on Monday until time for the service.

Phyllis Marie Lemke of Louisville, the daughter of the late John Medley and Mary (Spaulding) Stuteville was born April 29, 1947 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Monday, December 19, 2022 in Louisville at the Signature Healthcare East. She was 75 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Catholic Faith. She was a former owner of a cleaning service for many years.
Phyllis enjoyed gardening and playing the slot machines, but most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her step-father: Tom Stuteville; a brother: Bobby Medley and a grandchild: Alex Gupton.
Survivors include her husband: John Lemke, Jr., of Louisville; a daughter: Beth Gupton and husband Darren of Campbellsville; a son: Alan Lemke and wife Lauren of Mt. Washington.
Also surviving are four brothers: Ronnie Medley and Kenny Medley both of Florida, John Medley of North Carolina and Art Medley of Tennessee; five grandchildren: Sawyer Lee, Jake Gupton, Saylor Lee, Hannah Gupton and Jaxon Lemke and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.

Opal Marie Webb, of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Richard Fierce and Bessie (Perkins) Keen, was born October 3, 1928 in Illinois and departed this life on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 in Campbellsville at the Grandview Nursing and Rehab. She was 93 years of age.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church and a former employee of Union Underwear.
She enjoyed reading, quilting and canning vegetables.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: Marshall A. Webb and a daughter: Eva Pappas.
Survivors include her children: Roger Webb of Morocco, Indiana and Marsha Webb of Campbellsville; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; eleven step-great-grandchildren; five step great-great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
The family chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.
