Samuel Dean Skaggs, age 50, of Russell County, formerly of Taylor County died Sunday, September 27, 2010 in Russell County.
He is survived by his father & step-mother, Garland & Dodie Skaggs of Campbellsville, his mother, Sue Skaggs Ursury of Louisville,
two brothers, Robert Skaggs of Hodgenville, Mike Skaggs of Campbellsville, one sister, Donna Fitzgerald, Franklin, Indiana.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Family request visitation 5-8 PM, Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home.

Earl Allen Cox, age 63, of Casey County, formerly of Taylor County, died Tuesday, September 21, 2010 .
He was preceded in death by his father, Berry Cox, and one brother, Shelby Thomas Cox.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby Richardson Cox of Casey County, his mother Christine Cox of Campbellsville, two brothers, Danny Berry Cox and Darrell Wayne Cox, three sisters, Laura Jean Cox, Dorlene Cox and Mary Elaine Gray all of Campbellsville, his extended family John & Nellie Goode’s family all of Campbellsville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1PM, Friday, September 24, 2010 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Jones Chapel Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband, Orville Smith of Campbellsville, one daughter, Bonnie Lou Cross of Campbellsville, Timothy Orville Smith of Chicago, four grandchildren, Raymond C. Fowler of Louisville, Tyler Cross, Rebecca Cross and Jacqueline Cross all of Campbellsville, three brothers, Gillis Howard, Raymond Howard both of Chicago and Critt Howard, Jr. of Harlan, Kentucky.

He is survived by wife Debora Puyear of Campbellsville, one son Jessie Puyear of Campbellsville and two daughterx, McKenzie Puyear of Campbellsville,Carly Puyear of Alabama, three step-children, Shawn Penoyer, Christoper Penoyer and Desiree Penoyer all of Campbellsville, Ky. He is also survived by his parents, Elbert and Jewell Puyear of Campbellsville, one sister, Judith Mattingly of Campbellsville.
