William Grant Hash

William Grant Hash, of Niceville Florida, formerly of Campbellsville, son of the late William McKinley Hash and Mayme Newton Hash, was born April 16, 1940 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died Sunday, December 30, 2018 in Niceville, Florida. Age: 78
William Grant had professed faith in Christ.
He was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served his country honorably in the United States Air Force from April 1, 1959 – June 30, 1988. After retiring from the Air Force he worked in a Civil Service Job and continued his education obtaining two Master’s Degrees.
He was a member of the last graduating class of Buffalo High School in 1958.
He united in marriage to Hsin Chen February 8, 1964.
Besides his wife, Hsin Chen Hash of Niceville, Florida, he is survived one son and two daughters: James Michael Hash of Florida, Tracy Chastain and husband, Samuel of South Carolina and Kathy Hash and husband, Jeff Bell of Virginia; four grandchildren: Roman Chastain, and Cameron, Caitlyn and Chance Bell; one brother and four sisters: Gowdy Hash and wife, Vienise and Louise Krznarich and husband, Fred of Buffalo, Billie Salsman and Shirley Underwood of Hodgenville and Mina Hedgespeth of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters: J. T. Hash, Thomas Jefferson Hash, June Rose Hash, Nina Stiles and Maggie Bell.

Joyce Wolford of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Sie Wood and Callie Antle Wood, was born September 23, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:05 A.M., Monday, December 24, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 92
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church.
Joyce was a former employee of the Purple and Gold Café.
She united in marriage to W. D. Wolford January 7, 1946 and he preceded her in death September 17, 1994.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Dale Wolford and wife, Teresa and Debbie Cox and husband, Larry of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Shane Cox and wife, Ronna and Bethany Cox and fiancé, Andrew Bergman of Campbellsville, Ryan Cox and wife, Wendy of Lanesville, Indiana and Jennifer Newberry and husband, Trevor of Atlanta, Georgia; seven great-grandchildren:
Peyton Cox, Karlie Cox, Kyndall Cox, Malachi Cox, Savvy Cox, Callie Cox-Bergman and Salinger Newberry; two sisters: Ruth Rogers of Campbellsville and Opal Nelson of Washington; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Allen Wood, Stanley Wood, Dixie Schnell and Margaret Stalker.

Eva Spurling of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Claude Price Daffron and Pauline Crouch Daffron, was born June 26, 1930 in Wayne County, Kentucky. She died at 7:33 A.M., Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Spurlington United Methodist Church.
Eva dedicated her life to caring for others.
She united in marriage to Harold G. Spurling May 16, 1953 and he preceded her in death March 25, 2003.
She is survived by three sons: Robert K. and Julie M. Spurling of Dayton, Ohio, H. Dean Spurling of Moraine, Ohio and Daniel L. and Sandra K. Spurling of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Heather Spurling, Ashley Melendez and Millie Jaime, Adam and Allie Spurling, Emily and Reggie Pope, Nataley and Josué Calderon, Megan and Kevin Fisher and Shelly and Rick Ford; eight great-grandchildren: Emmie Spurling, Rosie Spurling, Leland Pope, Blake Pope, Cruz Calderon, Graci Peavey, Rylee Fisher and Carson Ford; four sisters: Betty McCubbin, Barbara Wright, Mary and Jerry McMahan and Lytha Lou Noel of Campbellsville; three sisters-in-law: Lois Daffron, Mattie Jean Smothers and Margaret Chappel of Campbellsville; one brother-in-law, Ed and Bernice Spurling of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Robby Spurling and three brothers and two sisters: Tommy Daffron, Phillip Daffron, Claude Junior Daffron, Anna Marie Edelen and Neva Greer.

Frona Billeter

Frona Billeter, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late James Crook and Ollie McGaughey Crook, was born February 3, 1923 in Anderson County, Kentucky. She died at 3:32 P.M., Sunday, December 23, 2018 in Frankfort. Age: 95
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church, where for many years she taught Sunday School. Frona was very active in her community at Bluegrass Way, leading a Bible study group and painting sceneries to hang on the walls throughout the facility.
Frona was a retired Vice President of Taylor County Bank.
She united in marriage to Gene Billeter December 26, 1947 and he preceded her in death May 13, 1995.
She is survived by one sister, Miss Evelyn Crook of Lawrenceburg and several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Silas Crook, Robert Crook, Oneta Cogswell and Sally Shely.

Etta Mae Hazard of Campbellsville, was born August 19, 1926 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 1:40 A.M., Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Barren County Nursing Home.
Age: 92
She was a member of the Campbellsville Christian Church and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Etta was a retired employee of the Kentucky Dry Cleaners and the Buckner Miller Dry Cleaners.
She united in marriage to Omer R. Hazard June 22, 1944 and he preceded her in death March 11, 1980.
She is survived by one son and one daughter: Mark Hazard and wife, Brenda of Campbellsville and Brenda Posey and husband, Paul of Louisville; three grandchildren: Marissa Hazard of Campbellsville, Jonathan R. Posey of Alexandria, Virginia and Paul Stephen Posey of Columbia, South Carolina; one half sister-in-law, Johnette Jones and husband, David of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ann Hazard, in 2014.
