Janie Munford Beams of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William M. “Billy” Munford, Jr. and Betty Durham Munford, was born May 12, 1968, in Green County, Kentucky. She died at 12:45 P.M., Friday, August 14, 2015 in Campbellsville as a result of a motor vehicle accident. Age: 47
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. She was a former owner of Euro Tan, worked in sales and was a homemaker.
She united in marriage to Bobby Beams August 29, 2013.
Besides her husband, Bobby Beams she is survived by one daughter, Sami Jo Smith of Campbellsville and one sister, Debbie Jo Scott of Austin, Texas and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by one brother, David Lynn Munford June 4, 2010.

Alta Carroll Lavigne of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Leo Vernon Christman and Mary Mae Gaskins Christman, was born March 31, 1920, in Russell County, Kentucky. She died at 8:10 A.M., Friday, August 14, 2015 in Greensburg. Age: 95
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of ElkHorn Baptist Church where she taught the Ladies Sunday School Class for fifty-two years.
She retired after some thirty-five years as a teacher with the Campbellsville Independent School System.
She united in marriage to Gordon Carroll November 18, 1944. He preceded her in death January 14, 1978.
She united in marriage to Gene Lavigne November 23, 1988. He preceded her in death May 13, 1995.
She is survived by two nephews and five nieces: Charles Christman and wife, Carol of Taylorsville, Jeff Ragle and wife Melody of New Jersey, Elizabeth Hart and husband, Olis and Stephanie Smith of Russell Springs, Rita Bozarth of Dayton, Ohio, Tracey Farris of Riverside, Ohio and Carol Cole of Minnesota and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters: Loren Christman, Sam Christman, Elvis Christman, Alva Christman, Ina Christman and Emogene Ragle.

Leslie Clark of Campbellsville, son of the late Roy Clark and Mary Haggie Gribbins Clark, was born October 22, 1932, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:03 P.M., Tuesday, August 11, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 82
He was a retired employee of Chappell’s Dairy and Flavorich.
He attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
He united in marriage to Beechel Sluder February 7, 1959.
Besides his wife, Beechel S. Clark of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Ronald Clark and wife, Rose Ann and Sharon Read and husband, John of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Jessica Clark, Leslie Ann Clark, Jamie Tuliano, Timmy Nelson, Rebecca Nelson and Sarah Hedgespeth; three great-grandsons: Jaxon Clark, Jaz Bright and Jagger Bright; two brothers and two sisters: Doug Clark, Beulah Pyles and Laverne Sapp of Campbellsville and Buford Clark and wife, Joan of Macon, Georgia; one sister-in-law, Ruby Clark of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Christie Mae Clark and one brother and one sister: Gordon Clark and Gladys Franklin.

Randy Keltner of Campbellsville, son of the late Clyde Clarence Keltner and Sarah Kathryn Goodin Keltner, was born September 6, 1949 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 10:08 P.M., Monday, August 10, 2015 in Louisville.
Age: 65
He was a former employee of Batesville Casket Company.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Sunny Hill Church of Christ.
He united in marriage to Wanda Lobb February 18, 1972.
Besides his wife, Wanda Keltner of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters: Krisinda Jeffries and husband, Greg and Andrea Keltner Rosales and special friend, Stuart Mills of Campbellsville; one grandson, Cameron Jeffries of Campbellsville; one brother-in-law, Bill Rea and one nephew, Christopher Rea of Elizabethtown and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Brenda Keltner Rea and his step-father, Ray Koonce.

Susie Gunter, of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Wilbur Gunter and Virgie Tucker Gunter, was born October 15, 1927 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 3:08 P.M., Monday, August 10, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 87
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle.
She is survived by one son and five daughters: Weldon Dee Gunter and Mary Truax of Campbellsville, Faye Mattingly and husband, Mittchell, Carolyn Hoeck and husband, Danny and Tammy Brady and husband, Jerry of Lebanon and Hilda Perkins of Bradfordsville; a grandson she raised, Damon Truax; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-six great-grandchildren; one sister, Christine Smithy of Indianapolis, Indiana and one half-sister, Helena Atwood of Elk Horn; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Alvis Gunter, Willie Gunter, Nellie Southwood and Mary Lee Gilpin.
