Anne Farmer

 

Anne Farmer of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Rocky Campanelli and Mary Laforza Campanelli, was born in Newark, New Jersey, April 1, 1925.  She died at 10:30 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Campbellsville.      Age: 89

She was a retired nurse for thirty years.

She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.

She united in marriage to Herbert Magness in 1974, who preceded her in death.

She united in marriage to Keyes Farmer in 1991, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by two sons: Mitch Magness and wife, Michele of Campbellsville and Tom Magness and wife, Wanda of San Diego, California; six grandchildren: Jacob Magness, Daniel Magness, Trina Magness, Tonia Magness, Morgan Magness and Matthew Magness; four great-grandchildren: Hunter Magness, Ava Marie Magness, Sienna Magness and Emerson Magness; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother and three sisters: Johnny Campanelli, Lucy O’Kane, Loretta Lincinatta and Marian Campanelli.

Lois Bowen MillsLois Bowen Mills of Campbellsville, daughter of the late David Bowen and Elizabeth Murrah Bowen, was born in Adair County, Kentucky, February 18, 1926. She died at 5:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Campbellsville.      Age: 88

She was a retired hairdresser and employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church.

She united in marriage to L. C. Mills, who preceded her in death in 1960.

She is survived by three daughters: Beverly England and husband, Don of Campbellsville, Kaye Compton of Middleburg, Florida and Angela Cobb of Terra Haute, Indiana; four grandchildren: Wes England, Stacy Meek, Stephanie Cobb and John Kohr; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son, John David Mills in 1978 and three brothers and five sisters: Walter Bowen, Leonard Bowen, Arvin Bowen, Anne Bault, Marie Cox, Mary Humphress, Mae Hunt and Creola Allen.

Charles Wagoner2Charles Wagoner of Campbellsville, son of the late Walter Wagoner and Catherine White Wagoner, was born February 8, 1937, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 10:05P.M., Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Louisville.   Age: 77

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Elk Horn United Methodist Church.

He worked on the pipeline for Tennessee Gas Transmission for twenty years and was a dairy farmer for thirty years.

He united in marriage to Wanda Cash June 9, 1962. She preceded him in death June 2, 1980.

He united in marriage to Judy Jones April 4, 1981.

Besides his wife, Judy Wagoner of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Robbie Wagoner and wife , Sherry of Columbia and Julie Montgomery of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Mackenzie Wagoner, Robyn Wagoner, Tristan Richerson and Jade Morton and husband, Jon; two step-grandchildren: Christy Rattliff and husband, Matt and Carla Grider and husband, Jason; two great-grandchildren: Jace Gribbins and Emma Morton; one step-great-grandson, Leland Reeves; his mother-in-law, Ada Antle of Campbellsville; one brother and three sisters: Carl Lewis Wagoner and wife, Dora, and Margaret Murphy and husband, Tommy of Campbellsville, Nellie Mae Cox and husband, Charles Russell of Elk Horn and Allene Chelf and husband, Charlie of Mt. Sherman; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Garnett Durham of Campbellsville, son of the late John T. Durham and Sue W. Jones Durham, was born October 23, 1927, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:05 A.M., Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Louisville.      Age: 87

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Zion Separate Baptist Church.

He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.

He united in marriage to Maxine Shofner October 5, 1957; she preceded him in death June 15, 2009.

He is survived by one son and one daughter: Johnny Durham of Campbellsville and Tammy Morgan and husband, Gary of Eubank; two grandchildren: Katelyn Carter and Devin Morgan of Eubank; one sister, Regina Durham of Georgia; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister: Gilbert Durham, Bill Durham, Harold Durham, Edward Durham and Wanda Durham.

Guy White of Campbellsville, son of the late Vertie Willie White and Annie Ethel Curry White, was born July 24, 1934, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:30 P.M., Sunday, November 16, 2014 in Campbellsville.      Age: 80

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bible Baptist Tabernacle.

He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville after twenty-one years of service and a retired farmer and furniture maker.

He is survived by two sons and three daughters: Steven White of Elk Horn, Barry White, Candace Wilson and Vickie Strader of Campbellsville and Debbie Carlton of Nebraska; seven grandchildren: David Smith, III, Jesse Carlton, Justin Phillips, Tasha Goff, Summer Wilson, Krystal Alexander and Jordan Strader; seven great-grandchildren: Davin Phillips, Lyla Phillips, Hayden Goff, Ayden Strader, Brooklyn Alexander, Aryonna Alexander and Patience Alexander; one brother and seven sisters: Harold White and wife, Susan and Carol Davis and husband, Larry of Elk Horn, Audrey Jones, Nelda Berry and husband, James, Ola Davis, Arlene Hunt and husband, Tommy and Judy Bright and husband, Alvin of Campbellsville and Hilda Parker and husband, Billy of Tennessee; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason White November 7, 2010 and a brother, James “Roundy” White October 18, 2014.
