Gretchen Johns Warner of Campbellsville, daughter of Mitchell Johns and Dinah Sapp Daugherty, was born April 6, 1981 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Friday, February 26, 2016 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Age: 34
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church.
She united in marriage to Chad Warner November 1, 2003.
Besides her husband, Chad Warner of Campbellsville, she is survived by her father, Mitchell Johns of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; her mother, Dinah Sapp Daugherty of Campbellsville; one step-son, John Clements of Campbellsville; two sisters: Samantha Johns Farmer and husband, Greg, Tabby Benningfield and husband, Reed of Campbellsville; two step-brothers: Brady Frey and wife, Whitney of Knoxville, Tennessee and Blake Frey of Goodlettsville, Tennessee; maternal grandmother, Clara Sapp Newton; paternal grandmother, Jane Johns; two nieces: Ashton Anderson and Paige Farmer; three nephews: Camden Anderson, Christian Anderson and Drake Benningfield; mother-in-law, Charlene Warner and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wallace Sapp, paternal grandfather, Frankie Johns and father-in-law, Chester B. Warner.

Thomas Wayne Johnson of the Mac Community, Taylor County, Kentucky, son of the late Eugene Hiestand Johnson and Barbara Jean Wayne Johnson, was born June 20, 1949, in Taylor County. He died at 6:15 A.M., Monday, February 29, 2016 in Campbellsville. He was 66 years old.
Wayne attended the Nashville Diesel Mechanic College and had been a member of the National Guard. He was a former factory bus operator and mechanic. In 1973, a tragic accident left him a quadriplegic. He endured for nearly 43 years, never complaining of the circumstances of his life. Wayne was very intelligent and devised a number of gadgets to assist him and those who cared for him. He enjoyed talking on the CB Radio and eventually became a Ham Radio Operator. He was a member of the Central Kentucky Amateur Radio Club. His call sign was KQ4PL. He knew how to fix anything and enjoyed working on computers.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Roberts Baptist Church. He was a devoted fan of UK Basketball and an avid follower of politics and was a proud supporter of the Democratic Party.
He is survived by one brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Judy Johnson of Campbellsville; two nephews: Josh Johnson and Jeremy Johnson of Campbellsville; two uncles: R. D. Johnson and Edward Wayne and wife, Lucy; two aunts: Stella Morrison and Margie Sheets; two great-nieces: Shelby Martin and Ashton Johnson; two great-nephews: Tanner Martin and Jacob Johnson and many other relatives and friends.

Avon Keltner of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Rev. F. B. Hulse and Lula Bronaugh Hulse, was born June 12, 1915, in Christian County, Kentucky. She died at 10:40 A.M., Sunday, February 28, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 100
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and she had her own alternation business up until age 90.
She united in marriage to Daniel T. Keltner June 23, 1934. He preceded her in death September 26, 1997.
She is survived by two sons: Ken Keltner and wife, JoAyne and Danny Keltner of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Steven Keltner of Bowling Green, Jennifer Harris and husband, Bill of Knoxville, Tennessee, Becky Keltner Barbarick and husband, Steve of Brentwood, Tennessee, Wesley Keltner and wife, Erin of Lexington and Jayson Crenshaw and wife, Stephanie and Brandon Crenshaw and wife, Faun of Campbellsville; two great-granddaughters: Peyton Brooke Barbarick and Keely Ayne Crenshaw; one sister, Martha Dunbar of Columbia; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister: Charles Hulse, Bennett Hulse and Jane Hulse.

pippinHenry C. Pippin of Campbellsville, formerly of Bowling Green, son of the late Verbin Pippin and Inez Stinson Pippin, was born June 3, 1952, in Warren County, Kentucky. He died at 8:25 A.M., Friday, February 26, 2016 in Louisville. Age: 63
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church where he served as treasurer for 30 years, was a former Deacon, and Sunday School Director and Teacher.
He was a 1970 graduate of Warren Central High School and 1975 graduate of Western Kentucky University.
He obtained his CPA license in 1983. He moved to Campbellsville in 1985 and owned his own practice for twenty years and was a current employee of White Oil Company.
He united in marriage to Gail Tabor, May 18, 1974.
Besides his wife, Gail Pippin of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter Jennifer Michelle Pippin and fiancé, Robert Hoover of Cold Springs, Kentucky; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three brothers: Vernon Pippin, Sammy Pippin and Jimmy Pippin.

Peggy Walker of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Virgil Kenneth Bowles and Thelma Christine Lowe Bowles, was born November 2, 1937, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 8:43A.M., Monday, February 15, 2016 in Campbellsville. Age: 78
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of South Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She was also owner and operator of Peggy’s Fabric & Windows for fifteen plus years and enjoyed crafts and quilting.
Peggy felt a calling to share the Gospel through prison ministry and did so for thirty-eight years.
She united in marriage to Bobby Gene Walker November 15, 1974.
Besides her husband, Bobby Gene Walker of Campbellsville, she is survived by two daughters and two sons: Sandra Hinton and husband, Jimmy and Lisa Gaddie and husband, Robby of Campbellsville, J. W. Price, Jr. and wife, Susan of Lancaster and Randall Price and wife, Patti of Suwanee, Georgia; one step-daughter: Dana Rafferty and husband, Brian of Campbellsville; nine grandchildren: Jennifer Johnson and husband, Larry, Jason McGinnis and wife, Ashley, Ashley Cole and husband, Doug, Amanda Welton and husband, Tyler, Emily Graham and husband, Clay, Blake Sallee and finance’, Nancy George, Erika Gaddie and finance’, Richard Burress, Abbi Price and Destiny Rafferty; eight great-grandchildren; one brother and one sister: Virgil Kenneth Bowles, Jr. of Georgetown, Indiana and Virginia Bowles of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Lynn Price March 13, 1955 and a grandson, Lance Corporal Jonathan Thomas Price June 21, 2014.
