Loretta Antle of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Bonnie Baker was born in Columbus, Indiana on September 13, 1965. She died at 8:00 A.M., Saturday, October 6, 2012 in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Roger Dale Antle Sr., who survives.
Besides her husband, Roger Dale Antle, Sr., she is also survived by one son, Michael Lee Bybee of Cave City; one daughter and son-in-law, Ashley and Bill McFarland of Plainview, Texas; two grandchildren, Kadance McFarland and Payton McFarland; two brothers: Randy Gentry of Cave City and Michael Smith of Campbellsville; her grandmother, Martha Baker of Winter Haven, Florida and many other relatives and friends.

Barbara E. Pruyear of Campbellsville, daughter of the late William Hill and Mary Thompson Hill, was born September 30, 1931, in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 4:00 A.M., Sunday, October 7, 2012 in Greensburg. Age: 81
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
She is survived by two daughters and two sons: Deborah Pittman of Campbellsville, Carolyn Rose and husband, Jessy of Corydon, Indiana, Wayne Pruyear and wife, Rosemary of Campbellsville, and Gary Pruyear of Greensburg; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; one sister: Darlene Gootee of Louisville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two sisters and one brother: Mazie Beard, Doris Sebastian and Ray Hill.

James N. “Shade Tree” Shofner of Campbellsville, son of the late Joe Ed Shofner and Lurey Roarks Shofner was born April 2, 1934 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 7:47 P.M., Saturday, October 6, 2012, in Campbellsville. Age: 78
He professed faith in Christ and attended The Vineyard.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom, was a noted furniture maker and was a Wal-Mart Associate for many years working as a greeter.
He united in marriage to Juanita Allen, December 19, 1951.
Besides his wife, Juanita Shofner of Campbellsville, he is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Joe and Julie Shofner of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, two grandchildren, Aaron Joseph Shofner and Alayna Marie Shofner; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters: Sam “Jack” Shofner, Coy Shofner, Alvie Shofner and Laura Shofner.

John Lackey of Campbellsville, son of the late C. B. Lackey and Nellie Francis Gibbons Lackey, was born November 25, 1951 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 6:32 A.M., Tuesday, October 2, 2012 in Louisville.
Age: 60
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
He was a former employee of Batesville Casket Company in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Terra Elliott May 1, 1976.
Besides his wife, Terra Lackey, he is survived by one son and one daughter: Dylan Lackey of Campbellsville and Stacey Jewell and husband, Ricky of Magnolia; six grandchildren: Taylor Morgan Jewell, Courtney Megan Jewell, Bryce Michael Joe Jewell, Haley Nichole Lackey, Kaitlyn Brooke Lackey and Jackson Craig Lackey; three brothers and one sister: Allen Lackey and Sue O’Banion and husband, Eddie of Campbellsville, Lewis Lackey and wife, Judy of Mt.
