Barbara Burkhead of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Robert Miller Loy and Gladys Beard Loy Daniels, was born September 26, 1943 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 9:35 P.M., Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 76
She professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
Barbara was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom. She enjoyed the beauty of flowers and spending time with her dogs.
She united in marriage to Johnny Burkhead January 17, 1961 and he preceded her in death March 26, 2009.
She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Robert Burkhead and Danyelle Noel and Janie Chappel and husband, Mark of Campbellsville and James Burkhead and wife, Vanessa of Science Hill; two grandsons: David Wesley Chappel of Campbellsville and Hunter James Burkhead of Science Hill; one brother, Robert “Sonny” Loy and wife, Bonnie of Columbia; two nieces and one nephew and many other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank a special caregiver and friend, Danyelle Noel.
Barbara was also preceded in death by one granddaughter, Lydia Taylor Burkhead and one sister, Louise Loy Smith.

Albert Leslie Kilby was born in Lebanon, Kentucky on July 12, 1944, the son of Albert and Dorothy Jones Kilby Bault. He died on Monday, December 9, 2019.
Albert grew up in Campbellsville and professed faith in Christ as a twelve year old and became a member of the Walnut Hill Mission that became Lowell Avenue Baptist Church.
From an early age, Albert was a collector. Interesting rocks, Indian rocks and later, antiques were of special interest to him. He enjoyed setting up a flea markets to “wheel and deal” with others.
Another interest was animals. As a young man, he had dogs, pigeons, turtles and snakes (in cages!) and once, he even nurtured an injured dove back to good health before letting it fly away.
His love of traveling began at six weeks old when he and his mother traveled by train to Malden, Missouri where his father was stationed in the Army Air Base. He has seen many parts of the world, including Russia, Thailand, where he rode elephants, Holland, Poland, Germany, France, Italy and Czechoslovakia.
After graduating from Campbellsville High School in 1962, Albert worked as a bookkeeper for a short time, then as a parts manager for Ford and Buick garages. He later was employed for many years as a supervisor in the shipping department of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. Farming and raising cattle kept him busy in later years. He enjoyed working with his sons on the farm.
He is survived by three sons: Richard Kurt Kilby (Kimberly) of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Christopher Chad Kilby (fiancée, Marie Anne Arius) of Palm Coast, Florida and John Albert “Chip” Kilby (Holly) of Campbellsville; two grandsons: Carter Earl Smith Kilby and Cole Albert Smith Kilby of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; his former wife and mother of his sons, Susan Nelson Kilby; one sister, Regina Graham and husband, Jimmie of Campbellsville; two nephews, David Graham (Becky) of Bowling Green and Andrew Graham (Robin) of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.

Ret. Master Sgt. Jason Cisco of Campbellsville, son of the late Elliott Cisco and Laura Hardin Flanagan, was born September 16, 1973 in Wayne County, Michigan. He died at 2:20 A.M., Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 46
Jason served his country honorably in the United States Army and retired with the rank of Master Sergeant. He was awarded numerous decorations, medals and badges including: Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/ campaign star, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with “M” Device and 10 year Bronze Hourglass. Jason enjoyed fishing and hunting when his time allowed and playing his guitar for friends.
He united in marriage to Elizabeth Dixon June 14, 1992.
Besides his wife, Elizabeth Cisco, he is survived by two sons and one daughter: Jacob Cisco and fiancee’, Danielle Morgan of Campbellsville, Toby Cisco of Cocoa Beach, Florida and Kaitlyn Cisco of Prestonburg; six grandchildren: Lincoln Cisco of Florida, Jackson Cisco of Florence, Braxton Cisco of Louisville, Makenah Cisco, Harlan Cisco and Jesslyn Cisco of Campbellsville; three brothers: Walter Cisco, Elliott Cisco Jr. and David Cisco and wife, Carmen of Michigan; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Jason was also preceded in death by two grandchildren in infancy and a brother, Chris Elliott.

Alice Carol Arnett of Campbellsville, Kentucky, daughter of the late Robert Arnett and Clara Beams Arnett, was born on December 23, 1959 in Taylor County, Kentucky and departed this life on Sunday, December 8th, 2019 in Campbellsville at the age of 59.
She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was attending Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Alice worked at Taylor Regional Hospital as a stock clerk.
She is survived by two brothers: Jimmy Arnett of Campbellsville and Richard Arnett of Sandwich, Illinois. Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Alice was preceded in death by a beloved pet Annie “Bear” Arnett

 Omer Colvin of Campbellsville, son of the late Luke Colvin and Lou Mamie Benningfield Colvin, was born May 23, 1931 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 10:20 A.M., Saturday, December 7, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
He professed faith in Christ at an early age and was a lifelong member of Spurlington United Methodist Church. He was a lifelong farmer, a former magistrate of the second district and a former deputy sheriff. Omer also was a veteran of the Korean Conflict (1953-1955) having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He united in marriage to Florine Sharp March 10, 1956 and she preceded him in death May 27, 2016.

 Charles Raymond Bowen of Caryville, TN, the son of the late William and Mary (Hoffman) Bowen, was born Saturday, February 5, 1938 in Dayton, Ohio and departed this life on Monday, December 2, 2019 in Knoxville at the North Knoxville Medical Center. He was 81 years, 9 months and 28 days of age.
He was a Veteran, having served in the United States Army. He was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed computers and assembling motorcycles.
He is survived by a daughter: Christi Mapes and her husband Bob of Campbellsville, KY; two grandchildren: Tammy Combs and husband Scotty of Booneville and Susan Campbell and husband Brandon of Harrodsburg; four great-grandchildren: Hannah, Lindsey, Brayden and Avery and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mr. Bowen was preceded in death by a brother: Ronald Bowen.
A private visitation was held at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville followed by his request of cremation rites.

Billy Joe Perkins of Campbellsville, son of the late Virgle Perkins and Lucille Edwards Perkins, was born February 8, 1963 in Hardin County, Kentucky. He died Thursday, November 28, 2019 in Campbellsville. Age: 56
Billy Joe served his country honorably in the United States Navy.
He worked in construction and took great pride in building custom homes. He spent his life doing what he loved, living on the family farm surrounded by nature and the cattle and other animals he cared for.
Billy Joe was a loving father, brother and son and is survived by his daughter, Lydia Perkins; his sister, Sandy Faulkner of Louisville; one niece and three nephews: Isaiah Perkins of Campbellsville, Emily Faulkner of Denver, Alex Faulkner and wife, Sarah of Louisville and Jeremiah Perkins and wife, Leah of Lexington; two great-nieces and one great-nephew: Briley Perkins, Avah Perkins and Thor Perkins; his former wife and mother of his daughter, Cynthia Perkins of Campbellsville and many other relatives and friends.
