Oleta Fay Clark, age 84, of Louisville died in Louisville, where she had resided for many years, on Monday, June 29, 2015.
She was born on October 16, 1930 in Adair County to the late Albert and Leona Williams Clark. She attended school in a one room school house on Pike’s Ridge through the eighth grade. She later moved to Louisville where worked at Stauffer’s as a waitress and hostess for several years.
She is survived by her brother, Garnett Clark of Louisville and a sister, Opal Bliese of California.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 6, 2015 at Green River Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery.
Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Hugh Garrett Moss of Campbellsville, son of the late Thomas Guinn Moss and Emma Thomas Skaggs Moss, was born January 2, 1927, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 3:37 P.M., Wednesday, July 1, 2015 in Campbellsville.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon for many years and was presently Deacon Emeritus.
He was a veteran of World War II, having served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Betty Raye Crabtree December 27, 1951.
Besides his wife, Betty Raye Moss of Campbellsville, he is survived by two daughters:
Dana Moss Pettit of Bardstown and Cami Caldwell and husband, Todd of Los Angeles, California; eight grandchildren: Reagan Pettit, Kennedy Pettit, Emily Hope Caldwell, Sarah Caldwell, Heath Caldwell, John Caldwell, Luke Caldwell, and Samuel Caldwell; one great-granddaughter, Harper Grace Pettit; one sister-in-law, Barbara Moss of Greensboro, Georgia; a niece and two nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers: Robert Moss, who was a casualty in World War II and Ralph Moss.

Mr. George Funk, age 83 of Campbellsville, passed away on Thursday at his home.
Survivors include his wife: Pauline Smith Funk of Campbellsville.
A daughter: Barbara J. Dowling of Tuscan, Arizona.
Three step-children: Debbie J. Berry of Mannsville, Marjorie J. Moore of Virginia and James K. Moses of New York.
Three brothers: Joseph F. Funk of Tennessee, Phillip M. Funk of Georgia and Raymond A. Funk of New York.
A sister: Lucy Ann Tee of New York.
3 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and a host of step-grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mr. Geroge Funk will be Monday at 10AM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville with entombment in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Visitation from 5-8 PM Sunday at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.

Jimmy Wheeler of Campbellsville, son of the late Augusta “Gus” Wheeler and Nancy Elizabeth Squires Wheeler, was born August 29, 1942, in Green County, Kentucky. He died at 2:42 P.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in Campbellsville.
He professed faith in Christ and attended Campbellsville Christian Church.
He was a retired farmer and truck driver.
He united in marriage to Catherine Smith April 28, 1962. She preceded him in death December 31, 2009.
He is survived by one son and one daughter: Greg Wheeler and wife, Stephanie of Lexington and Stacey Greenawalt and husband, Geoff of Frankfort; four grandchildren: Bradley Wheeler and Bryan Wheeler of Lexington and Drew Greenawalt and Sarah Greenawalt of Frankfort, and many other relatives and friends.

David Parsons of Campbellsville, son of the late Lawrence E. Parsons and Pauline Smith Parsons, was born November 23, 1951, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 30, 2015 in Campbellsville.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of First United Methodist Church.
He was a retired school teacher with the Taylor County High School where for thirty one years he taught Special Education and World of Work and coached boys and girls tennis, was assistant basketball coach for boys and girls, and coached golf for twenty years. He also coached tennis at Campbellsville University for twelve years.
He united in marriage to Brenda Campbell June 25, 1971.
Besides his wife, Brenda Parsons of Campbellsville, he is survived by two sons: Brandon Parsons and wife, Miranda of Campbellsville and Tyler Parsons and wife, Beth of Bowling Green; two grandchildren: Chloe Elizabeth Parsons and David Campbell Parsons; one brother and one sister: Sam Parson and wife, Margaret and Glenda Lawson of Campbellsville; his mother-in-law, Nellie Campbell of Campbellsville; a brother-in-law, Steve Campbell and wife, Sue of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Lynn Tyree, age 68 of Campbellsville, passed away on Friday in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital as the result of an automobile accident which occurred in Columbia.
Survivors include a niece: Christina Johnson of Campbellsville along with a host of other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
