Mrs. Frances Nadene Sears, age 59 of Campbellsville, passed away on Saturday in Campbellsville.
She was born November 6, 1956 in Liberty, KY to Clarence and Sarah Orthy Cain Clements.
Survivors include a son and daughter: Micah Sears and wife Samantha and Chasity Simpson and husband Raymond all of Campbellsville.
Five brothers and sisters: Elmer “Red” Wilson and wife Nancy, Norma Faye Skaggs and husband Randy of Florida, Joyce M. Blair, Louise Grimes and husband Ronnie of Liberty, Clarence Clements, Jr and wife Lois of Danville
11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
Two special friends: Vicki Jo Middleton of Campbellsville and Myra Brown of Greensburg and a host of other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Sears was also preceded in death by a brother: Mitch Clements, a sister: Nina Vanoy and two grandchildren: Natalie Edwards and Samantha Simpson.
The funeral service for Mrs. Frances Nadene Sears will be conducted Friday, November 27, 2015 at 1 PM in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville with burial to follow in the Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Casey County.
Family requests visitation after 11 AM Friday at the funeral home.

Mary Jewell Graves of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Dennis Green Vaughn and Lee Beams Vaughn, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, January 19, 1927. She died at 12:30 P.M., Thursday, November 19, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church.
She was a former employee of the State of Kentucky Public Assistance program.
She was a member of the Taylor County Library Board and Taylor County Historical Society.
She united in marriage to James F. Graves January 10, 1950. He preceded her in death July 21, 2013.
She is survived by one daughter, Virginia Graves of Campbellsville; two brothers: William “Bill” Vaughn of Louisville and Dennis G. Vaughn, Jr. of Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a brother and a sister, Robert F. Vaughn and Mattie Lee Lyon.

Larry Floyd of Campbellsville, son of the late Lyman Floyd and Magline Edwards Floyd, was born in Green County, Kentucky, June 29, 1947. He died at 2:43 A.M., Thursday, November 19, 2015 in Campbellsville. Age: 68
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith.
He was a retired employee of Overhead Door Company after fifty years of service.
He united in marriage to Betty Farmer June 25, 1966.
Besides his wife, Betty Floyd, he is survived by two sons: David Floyd and wife, Kim and Doug Floyd and wife, Sharon; five grandchildren: Samantha Floyd, Austin Floyd, Larkin Floyd, Laken Floyd and Kellen Floyd, all of Campbellsville;
four sisters: Linda Barnett and husband, Jerry and Patsy Cowherd and husband, Eddie of Campbellsville, Lisa Petty and husband, Dale of Columbia and Sue Patterson and husband, Carlos of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Floyd November 21, 2009.

Maudye Anne Feese Hovious, age 85 of Campbellsville died Wednesday, November 18th in Campbellsville.
She was born August 28, 1930 in Adair County to the late James Rufus and Villa Dunbar Feese. She united in marriage on September 15, 1950 to Marshall Hovious who preceded her in death on November 8, 2004. Also preceding her in death were her brothers and sisters, Clem Feese, Geraldine Tucker, Mattie Lee Feese, George Cyrus Feese, Eulene Feese and Rosa Lillian Feese and a granddaughter, Stephanie Hovious.
Maudye had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Christie Chapel United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Roger Hovious and his wife, Charlotte and Phillip Hovious and his wife, Sharon; a daughter, Marsha Humphress and her husband, Alvin, all of Elk Horn; grandchildren, Monica Houghlin and her husband, Billy, Brandon Hovious and his wife, Jennifer, Amy Humphress, Tyler Hovious and his wife, Amy and Amanda Burress and her husband, Adam; great-grandchildren, Kylee and Aubree Bardin, Maycee Hovious and Peyton Burress and step-greatgrandchildren, Logan Perry, Reagan Sultzbach and Riley Thompson; her brother and sisters, Ludora Feese Perkins, of Knifley, Dellie Johnson, Laverne Kennon and Betty White, all of Campbellsville and Mickey Feese of Columbia and a sister-in-law, Norene Feese of Columbia.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 21st at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home, Campbellsville with Bro. Steve Janes and Gary Hadley officiating. Burial will follow in the Humphress-Hovious Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers are Tyler Hovious, Bryan Tucker, Eric Feese, Mike Hovious, Todd Humphress and James Feese. Honorary pallbearers will be Clayton Tucker, Steven White, Bill Humphress, Wendell Watson, Adam Burress and Billy Houghlin.

Shirley Ann Benningfield of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Emmett Miskell and Elizabeth O’Banion Allen, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, October 23, 1938. She died at 10:10 P.M., Tuesday, November 17, 2015 in Elizabethtown. Age: 77
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She enjoyed meeting with her friends from Fruit of the Loom for monthly luncheons and meeting with her Sunday School Class as long as she was able.
She united in marriage to Glenn Benningfield March 4, 1958.
Besides her husband, Glenn Benningfield of Campbellsville, she is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Diane Ford-Benningfield of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Andrew Christian Ford and Patrick Dylan Ford of Campbellsville and Ryan Patrick Benningfield and Eric Marshall Benningfield of Louisville; one brother and one sister: Robert Emmett Miskell and wife, Shirley Ann of Atoka, Tennessee and Carolyn Mae Price of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Johnnie Price.

Thomas McCawley, Jr. 70 of Fairdale, KY passed away there Tuesday, November 17, 2015.
He was retired from American Synthetic and was a member of Highland Park Masonic Lodge # 865.
He is survived by his daughters, Terry (Mark) Reid, of Shepherdsville and Belinda McCawley Kent of Fairdale, two granddaughters, Alyshia Kent and Michaela Reid; a sister, Patricia (George) Florence, of Taylorsville, KY and a brother, Jerry (Judie) McCawley of North Carolina.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, November 20th at the Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home at Brooks, Kentucky with burial in the Brookland Cemetery. Visitation will precede the service from 10 until 2 p.m. on Friday.

He united in marriage to Earline Reece January 14, 1950. She preceded him in death April 10, 2009.
He is survived by one son and one daughter: Todd Gabehart and wife, Laura and Martha Gabehart; three grandchildren: C. J. Gabehart and wife, Mary, Travis Gabehart and girlfriend, McKenzie Plummer and Wayne Draper; two great-grandchildren: Emilee Gabehart and Justin Gabehart, all of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Alton David Crockett of Louisville, son of Alma J. Gilpin Crockett and the late Alton Crockett, was born in Green County, Kentucky, March 13, 1967. He died at 7:35P.M., Tuesday, November 10, 2015 in Louisville. Age: 48
He professed faith in Christ and attended Primitive Baptist Church.
He was an employee of Essex Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Alton David was referred to by many of his co-workers and friends as a gentle person and will be greatly missed by all of his family and friends.
He is survived by three daughters: Charlissa Harndon, Jessica Harndon and Elizabeth Harndon of Shelbyville; his mother, Alma J. Mr. Albert Chandler Underwood of Campbellsville Road in Buffalo was born on January 13, 1936 to the late Cleveland and Lena (Allen) Underwood. He departed this life on November 11, 2015 at the Hosparus Care Center in Louisville after a long illness. He was 79 years, 9 months, and 28 days of age. He united in marriage to Ms. Jane Bell, who survives. They were granted over 61 years of devoted marriage before his passing. Mr. Underwood retired from the General Electric Company in Louisville. He enjoyed farming and all the work it entailed, but he especially enjoyed riding his four wheeler and checking his cattle. Mr. Underwood professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
His beloved wife: Mrs. Jane Underwood of Buffalo,
Four children: Ronnie Underwood of Larue County, Debbie Gribbins and husband Harold of Taylor County, Patty Underwood of Park Hills, and Mark Underwood and wife Jennifer of Indianapolis, Indiana,
One sister: Mary Henderson of Louisville,
Nine grandchildren,
Twelve great-grandchildren,
And a host of other family and close friends.
Besides his parents, he was also preceded in death by six siblings: Sammy Underwood, Freda Thompson, Willie Underwood, Myrtle Atwell, Dewey Underwood, and Lucille Warren.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Underwood on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM EST at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, 58 Dewitt Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. Bro. Freddie Thompson will be officiating.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718 on Friday, November 13, from 5:00-8:00 PM EST.

Mr. Mitchell Lewis Walters was born on August 22, 1965 in Campbellsville to the late Raymond Lewis and Augusta (Brown) Walters. He departed this life on November 11, 2015 at his home in Campbellsville. He was 50 years, 3 months, and 20 days of age. Mr. Walters was a former roll-back truck driver. He especially enjoyed motorsports and watching UK basketball.
He leaves to cherish his memory:
Two sons: Billy Ray Walters of Indiana, and Brian Mitchell Walters of Campbellsville,
One daughter: Brandy Mae Walters of Campbellsville,

There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Walters on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 7:00 PM EST in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY 42718. The Rev. Brad Lackey will be officiating.
In order to fulfill Mr. Walters’ wishes, cremation rites will be accorded him after the service.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 12, from 4:00 PM until time for the service.
