Gerald Thomas Ford age 60, of Campbellsville, died Friday, March 14, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center after an extended illness.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon Spradlin Ford of Campbellsville. Two sons and one daughter, Christopher Thomas Ford of Minnesota, Travis Chad Ford of Campbellsville, and Jennifer Sharon Haffly of Winchester. Three grandchildren, Ezekiel Thomas Ford, Rinoa Raine Haffly and John Marcum Ford Craine, his mother Eula Mae Emerson Ford of Campbellsville his brother, William Kent Ford and his mother-in-law Helen Spradlin both of Campbellsville.
Gerald was prededed in death by his father William E. Ford and a sister, Phyllis Rainwater.
Funeral services for Mr. Gerald Thomas Ford were held at 2 PM Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry with burial in the Jones Chapel Cemetery with full military honors by the Marion County DAV Chapter 70.
The family request that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Kentucky Organ Donors Affiliates or Gideon Bibles.

MYERS
Mr. James Myers, age 81, of Elkhorn, died Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
James was born in Taylor County, Kentucky on September 9, 1932 to the late George and Grace Wilson Myers. He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Baldwin Myers, a brother, Arthur Myers; a sister, Lena Myers and a brother-in-law, Bradley Baldwin.
He is survived by his children, Ricky Myers and his wife Janet, Sharon Bolt and her husband Glen, Diane England and her husband Gary and Tony Myers and his wife, Amy, all of Campbellsville; his brother, Simon Myers and his sisters, Bernice Cook, Nettie Cox and Frances Johnson and her husband, Ray, all of Campbellsville, a special niece, Bonnie Johnson, seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. James Myers will be conducted at 1 pm Wednesday at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home with burial in Brookside Cemetery with full military honors by the Marion County DAV Chapter 70.
The family request visitation from 5 to 9 pm Tuesday at the Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lula Belle Gribbins Bright, of Campbellsville, passed away at her home on Monday, March 17, 2014. She was 78 years of age. She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. Mrs. Bright had professed faith in Christ was a member of the Faith Alive Ministries in Campbellsville.

The funeral service for Mrs Lula Belle Gribbins Bright will be held at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home and Cremation Service on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at 1:00 PM with interment to follow in the Brookside Cemetery. Bro. David Boils will officiate, with Bro. Wayne Qualls assisting.
Visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 after 5:00 PM.

Mrs. Rosalie Franklin Faulkner of Campbellsville, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at her home. She was 55 years old. Mrs. Faulkner was the daughter of the late Lawrence B. and Helen Marie (Sexe) Franklin. She was known for her sense of humor and always looked for the “silver lining” in life. Mrs. Faulkner had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Bible Baptist Tabernacle in Campbellsville.
Mrs. Faulkner is survived by:

Two children – Angela Denham and husband Scott of Columbia, and Josh Kirkland and wife Michelle of Campbellsville

The funeral service for Mrs. Rosalie Faulkner will be held at the Bible Baptist Tabernacle in Campbellsville on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM with interment to follow in the Green River Memorial Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive visitors at the church on Saturday, March 22, from 10:00 AM until time for the service. Bro. Bob Cutler will be officiating.

Billie Russell of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Robert Cox and Cliffee Wright Cox, was born in Green County, Kentucky, March 22, 1939. She died at 9:26 P.M., Friday, March 14, 2014 in Louisville. Age: 74

She united in marriage to Harold Cleveland Russell on March 28, 1959, who preceded her in death on November 1, 2006.

Mr. James Henry Dennison, age 76 of Campbellsville, passed away on Thursday in Louisville at the Veterans Hospital.
Survivors include a daughter: Mary Bustinza of Campbellsville.
A son: Billy Dennison of Chicago.

James A. Parrish of Campbellsville, son of the late Hence Parrish and Pearl Aaron Parrish, was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky, July 12, 1925. He died at 10:10 P.M., Saturday, March 8, 2014 in Greensburg. Age: 88
He united in marriage to Geraldine Cox January 20, 1951.
He was a retired cherry furniture maker for over fifty years.
Besides his wife Geraldine Parrish, he is survived by two sons: James Randall Parrish of Clearwater, Florida and Gary Lynn Parrish of Lexington; two brothers and one sister: Lewis “Sie” Parrish and wife, Janetta Nell, Hiestand Parrish and wife, Vernice and Mary Frances Keltner all of Campbellsville; one sister-in-law: Goldie Smith of Campbellsville, several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by one brother and three sisters: Otis Junior Parrish, Lou Anna Cox, Margie Parrish and Leva Pike.

Mrs. Betty Keltner was born on June 12, 1931 in the Merrimac community of Taylor County and passed away on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her home in Campbellsville. She was the daughter of the late Sanford Childers and Valta Wooley. Mrs. Keltner was 82 years old.

Mr. Danny Dale Burress, age 55 of Elkhorn, passed away on Monday at his home.
He was the son of the late William Harold ‘Bo” and Edna Ruth Farmer Burress.
Besides his parents her was preceded in death by a sister” Sheila Burress.
Survivors include three sisters and spouses: Betty and Byron Eastridge and Bernice and Tommy Wood, all of Columbia and Bonnie and Noel Harper of Edinburgh, Indiana.
Three brothers and spouses: Jimmy and Connie Burress, David and Juanita Burress and Johnny and Sharon Burress, all of Elkhorn and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service for Mr. Danny Dale Burress, will be conducted Friday at 2:00 P.M. at the Callahan Cemetery on Speck Ridge Road, with burial to follow.
