Mr. Kenneth Allen Bryant of Campbellsville, passed from this life on February 9, 2015 in Louisville at the Jewish Hospital. He was 68 years, 1 month, and 25 days of age. Mr. Bryant was a carpenter by trade, and built several homes in and around Taylor County. He was the son of the late Velouris and Hazel Marei (Dudgeon) Bryant.
Mr. Bryant is survived by:
One son: Shannon Allen Bryant of Campbellsville,
Two daughters: Georgia Marie Childers of Bowling Green, and Savannah Boone of Hodgenville,
One brother: David “Blue” Bryant of Campbellsville,
One sister: Ruby Faye Rose of Campbellsville,
And several other friends and family.
Cremation was accorded Mr. Bryant. A memorial service will be held at a later date, and will be announced by the family.

Mr. Donovan Lee Dean of Campbellsville was born on May 19, 1989 in Jacksonville, Florida. He departed this life on February 9, 2015 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville after a long illness. He was 25 years, 8 months, and 26 days of age. Perhaps Job described Donovan’s life best when he said that man born of woman is of few days, and those full of trouble. But while Donovan’s natural heart struggled, his spiritual heart overflowed with love for all that knew him. His quick and infectious smile could brighten the dullest of days. Donovan loved nothing more than being able to offer a helping hand or a kind word to all.
He leaves to cherish his memory:

A sister: Maranda Crum and husband Patrick of Campbellsville,
His niece and nephew: Layla Crum and Lee Crum, both of Campbellsville,
Two aunts: Carol Dean of Campbellsville, and Kathy Shoopman and husband Kalvin of Nicholasville,
Four uncles: Terry Holley and wife Debbie of Edmonton, James Dean of Osgood, IN, Richard Dean and wife Eva of Batesville, IN, and martin Dean of Arizona,
A special cousin: Collin Dean of Campbellsville,
And a host of other close family and friends.
He was preceded in death by:
His grandparents: Richard “Papaw” and Betty “Mamaw” Dean,
Two uncles: Donnie Holley and Ricky Holley.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Donovan Dean on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at the Jesus Name Church, 80 Tabernacle Rd., Campbellsville, KY 42718 at 2:00 PM. Elder Rueal Boils, Elder Jimmie Sharp, and Elder Ronnie Gowins will be officiating.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 13, at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd., Campbellsville, KY 42718 after 5:00 PM, and on Saturday, February 14, after 11:00 AM at the church.
Interment will follow in the Jesus Name Church Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials take the form of donations to the funeral expenses, and can be made at the funeral home.

Mr. Billy Shelton Bone was born on September 1, 1929 in Hickman County, KY to the marriage of the late Cortez Ulysses and Bessie Lela (Vaden) Bone. He departed this life on February 8, 2015 at his home in Marion County at 85 years, 5 months, and 7 days of age. Mr. Bone served his country honorably in the United States Army, and was a veteran of the Korean War. After returning stateside, he joined the Louisville Police Department, from which he would later retire. He professed faith in Christ at an early age, and was of the Methodist faith. Mr. Bone was a productive man, and worked his cattle farm as his health would allow. He was a Mason and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Above that, though, he was the proud husband of his cherished wife Amelia.
Besides his wife, Amelia (Ison) Bone, he leaves to treasure his memory:
One son: Glenn Bone and wife Treisy of Campbellsville,
Seven grandchildren,
Two great-grandchildren,
And a host of extended family and close friends.
He was also preceded in death by one son, Robert Alan Bone.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mr. Billy S. Bone conducted at the Louisville Memorial Gardens West, 4400 Memorial Gardens Dr., Louisville, KY 40216 on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Mr. Glenn Ison will deliver the eulogy.
