Jean Jaynes of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Roy Clarke and Zelma Humphrey Clarke,  was born June 30, 1934, in Adair County, Kentucky.  She died at 7:51 P.M., Tuesday, April 23, 2013 in Louisville.  Age: 78

She was a retired Nurses Aide.

She united in marriage to Kermit Jaynes March 12, 1949.  He preceded her in death July 21, 2005.

She is survived by two daughters:  Gwen Robinson and husband, Gary of Lawrenceburg and Pamela Barber and husband, Denny of Louisville; seven grandchildren:  Lisa Cowherd of Campbellsville, Jason White, Jonathon White, Melissa Barber and Corey Barber of Louisville, Erin Robinson of Lexington and Amanda Finnegan of Issaquah, Washington; seven great-grandchildren:  Austin Chandler, Aaron White, Aiden White, Caden Cowherd, Kelsie Bowling, Julian Roscoe and Bennett White;  four step-grandchildren:  Pam White, Michelle White Bruner, Terri Kirkland and Laura Flamini; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna White December 10, 2004 and a granddaughter, Stephanie Barber.

          Ms. Virginia Raydell Osborne, age 90, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Grandview Rehab Facility in Taylor County.

          Raydell was the daughter of the late Mary Parker and Frank Riddle, she was also preceded in death by her husband Chester Osborne, one daughter Deloris Osborne and two sons Kenneth and Smith Osborne.

          Raydell was a member of the Mt. Zion Church of God and a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, along with a caring friend to many.

          She is survived by her two daughters; Doris Riggs and (Bob Watson) of Royal Palm Beach, Florida and Carol and David Rash of Estill Springs Tennessee, one daughter-in-law Sue Osborne of Columbia, Kentucky, six grandchildren, several great grandchildren; Vickie Freas, Michael Riggs, Kimberly Sallee, Debbie Hagan, Michael Osborne and Joey Osborne, several Great Grandchildren, one sister; Carrie Morley of Shady Valley, Tennessee, several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

          Funeral services for Ms. Virginia Osborne were conducted Sunday, April 28, 2013 at 2:00 PM in chapel at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in the Harden Cemetery.

Mr. Charles Hardin, age 70, died Sunday, April 21, 2013 at his residence in Greenwood, Indiana after an long illness.
He is survived by his wife Kathy Hardin of Greenwood, Ind., one daughter Sandra Goudie of Indiana, three grandchildren and three great grandchildren, two brothers; JW Hardin of Campbellsville and Michael Hardin of Louisville, two sisters and brother-in-laws; Shirley and Frank Cheatham of Campbellsville and Carol and Tom Cheatham of Tennessee.
Funeral services for Mr. Charles Hardin will be conducted Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 1 PM in chapel of Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Merrimac Cemetery.
