Lawrence E. Elsbury of Southside Avenue, Campbellsville, son of the late Daniel Elsbury and Joann Noel Elsbury was born December 8, 1914, in Marseilles, Illinois. He died at 9:10 A.M., Tuesday, August 19, 2003, in Campbellsville.Age: 88 He had professed faith in Christ and was a member of the St. Luke Episcopal Church. He was a retired cement mason.He was united in marriage to Alice Butterworth who preceded him in death February 15, 1993. He united in marriage to Beatrice Gill Wise December 10, 1993. Besides his wife, Beatrice Wise Elsbury of Southside Avenue, Campbellsville, he is survived by four children and their spouses: Joann and Larry Ewing of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, Joann E. and Mike Casserly of North Carolina, Lawrence Daniel and Barb Elsbury of Kalamazoo, Michigan, Jim Elsbury of Chicago, Illinois; two step-children and their spouses: Sherry and Paul Shively and Roger and Linda Wise of Campbellsville; eleven grandchildren; twelve step-grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and special friends: Mr. Mrs. David White and Mr. Mrs. Titus Jessie. FUNERAL SERVICES: 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 20th, at the Parrott Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville by Rev. Karl Lusk GRAVESIDE SERVICES: 11:00 A.M., Saturday, August 23rd, at the Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Schoolcraft, Michigan

Clifford Hedgespeth of Jones Creek Road, Campbellsville, son of the late Ramie Hedgespeth and Esther Feather Hedgespeth Whitlock, was born in Taylor County, Kentucky, March 12, 1927.
