Albert Guinn Skaggs, 74 of Old Mac Road, Campbellsville, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
He was the son of the late Robert Earl and Mattie Matherly Skaggs. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Skaggs (January 2007), one son, Jerry Skaggs (November 2006).
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Terry and Tammy Skaggs and one daughter and son-in-law, Gwendolyn and Melvin Skaggs all of Campbellsville, four grandchildren and their spouses, Josh and Jessica Skaggs, Rachel Skaggs, Shannon and Michael Graham all of Campbellsville and Emily and Ryan Hatfield of Virginia, ten great grandchildren, one brother, David Skaggs of Campbellsville, five sisters, Ann Mary Skaggs, Mabel Sullivan, Irlene Milby, Helen Brown and Margaret Durham all of Campbellsville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11AM, Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

Cleo Shofner of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Charlie Thomas Morris and Lydia Goldie Vance Morris, was born October 19, 1917, in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died at 11:02 P.M., Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in Campbellsville. Age: 92
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Good Hope Baptist Church.
She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
She united in marriage to Sam ldquo;Jackrdquo; Shofner December 15, 1934. He preceded her in death December 25, 1980.
She is survived by a sister, Geneva Sidebottom of Campbellsville; brother-in-law, James N. Shofner and wife, Juanita of Campbellsville; sister-in-law, Geneva Shofner of Campbellsville; caregivers, Elbert amp; Louise Shofner; three nieces:
Kathy Bell, Peggy Humphress and Monta Rae Eastham; two nephews: Johnny Sidebottom and Jimmy Sidebottom; and several other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister and a brother: Marie Chewning February 7, 2008 and Joe Thomas Morris February 9, 2003.
