Injury Accident at Meader Street and Coakley Ave.

Officers from the Campbellsville Police Department along with Campbellsville Fire Department, and Campbellsville Taylor County Rescue Squad responded to an injury accident at the intersection of Meader St. and Coakley Ave.  33 year old Audra Graham of Campbellsville was operating 2000 Mitizubishi east bound on Coakley Ave. when she crossed into the path of 21 year old Tyler Lambert.  Lambert was operating a 2000 Honda north bound on Meader St.  A passenger in the Graham vehicle, Ashley Walker, 13 of Campbellsville was transported to Taylor Regional Hospital.

Campbellsville traffic signal to be out temporarily Wednesday morning

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. (June 22, 2010) — The traffic signal at the intersection of U.S. 68 and Columbia Avenue in Campbellsville will be temporarily out of service Wednesday morning because of planned electrical work in the area.

A Kentucky Utilities crew will be working near the intersection from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. EDT. Motorists should treat the intersection as a four-way stop while the signal is off.
