Two Vehicle Accident at US 68 and Friendship Pike

Forrest Rhinehart of Campbellsville was operating A 2006 Lincoln Town Car traveling West on US 68 at the intersection of Friendship Pike when he struck a 2007 Ford passenger car operated by Robin Cox of Campbellsville. The Cox vehicle was traveling south crossing US68 from Friendship Pike to West Main Street.

Cox had to be extricated from the vehicle by the Campbellsville Taylor Co. Rescue. Cox and a passenger Charlene Muncie (of Campbellsville) were transported to Taylor Regional Hospital by Campbellsville Taylor Rescue.

Campbellsville Police, Campbellsville Fire, & Campbellsville-Taylor Rescue responded.

Patrolman Roger Stiles investigated.
