Curt Flinchum of Campbellsville, son of the late Riley Flinchum and Lula Smith Flinchum, was born in March 10, 1920 in Jackson County, Kentucky. He died at 5:45 A.M., Friday, August 21, 2009, in Campbellsville. Age: 89
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Southside Christian Church.
He was a veteran of World War II having served his country honorably in the United States Army Air Corps.
He was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville.
He united in marriage to Norma Jean Cave December 30, 1948.
Besides his wife, Norma Jean Flinchum of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Dennis Hayes and one son, Lonnie Flinchum and of Campbellsville; three grandchildren: Beth Hunt, Jeffrey Hunt and Jordan Flinchum of Campbellsville; one great-grandson, Taylor Hunt; four step-grandchildren; one sister, Lucy Stillhorn of Michigan; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by three sisters: Janie, Rosie and Leona and six brothers: Andrew, Junior, Earnest, Golden, Herman and Carl.

Michael Harrison, of Campbellsville, son of the late Miller Harrison and Dorothy Acree Harrison, was born September 6, 1949, in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 11:12 A.M., Thursday, August 20, 2009 in Campbellsville. Age: 59
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Meadowview Baptist Church.
He had been employed in the construction business.
He united in marriage to Bettiana Harrison September 4, 1976.
He is survived by his wife, Bettiana Harrison of Campbellsville; one son and one daughter: Chris Harrison of Campbellsville and Becky Martin and husband, Bruce of Hustonville; five grandchildren: Christopher R. Harrison and Dawson J. Harrison of Campbellsville, Vanessa Allen, Samantha Allen and Alex Matthews of Hustonville; one brother, Tom Harrison and wife, Penny of Concord, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
