Al Huber of Campbellsville, son of the late W. A. Huber and Mary Alice Nelson Huber, was born in Cumberland County, Kentucky. He died at 7:11 A.M., Sunday, April 26, 2009, in Elizabethtown.
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.
He served his country honorably in the United States Army.
He was a retired employee of Tennessee Gas Transmissions Company in Campbellsville.
He was an evangelist for the Lord, having traveled over 600,000 miles with his horse and had the longest running radio program locally for over fifty years, ldquo;This Morning In The Countryrdquo; on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
He united in marriage to Joyce Bennett.
Besides his wife, Joyce Bennett Huber of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and two sons: Dale Huber West of Elizabethtown, and Danny Huber and wife, Pam, and Joe Huber and wife, Kathy of Campbellsville; four grandchildren: Lorie Nolley and husband, Todd, Whitney Huber, Farrah Hord and husband, Scott, and Leah Huber of Campbellsville; six great-grandchildren: Layton Hord, Chase Hord, and Keaton Hord, Jeffrey Nolley, William Kaden Nolley, and Loren Bennett Nolley of Campbellsville; one brother and two sisters: Herman Huber and Dora Morris of Louisville and Flora Tungate of Columbia; one sister-in-law, Myrtle Huber of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by four sisters and four brothers: Osa May Hunt, Mattie Miller, Ruby Huber, Bessie Huber, Dewey Huber, Lloyd Huber, Sherman Huber, and Lucian Huber.
VISITATION: After 5:00 P.M., Tuesday at the Parrott amp; Ramsey Funeral Home
FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 29 at the Calvary
Baptist Church in Campbellsville by Dr. Louis Arnold, Dr. Bob Lamb, and Rev. Larry Rhodes
ENTOMBMENT: Brookside Mausoleum

Joyce Ann Hunt Cox

Joyce Ann Hunt Cox, age 67, died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital.
She was the daughter of the late John Edgar and Della Short Hunt. Also preceding her in death were her brothers and sister, Johnny, Garland, Earl, Norman and James Hunt, and Irene Benge.
She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom.
She is survived by her children and their spouses, Gerald and Tillie Hunt, of Lebanon, Midge Hunt of Campbellsville, Danny and Cindy Cox of Louisville, five grandchildren,Derek Sidebottom, George Hunt, Amanda Rice, Andrea McDonald and Nathan Hunt, five great grandchildren, two brothers, Tommy Hunt and Paul Hunt both of Campbellsville, two sisters, Dorothy Graham of Campbellsville and Bonnie Hawkins of Greensburg.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.

Rev. James Andrew Huff

Rev. James Andrew Huff, age 87, of Crescent Hill Manor, died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Taylor Regional Hospital after an illness.
He was the son of the late Zorie Lee and Elizabeth Huff. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rose Nell Huff on September 29, 2007, his son, James Edward Huff, three brothers, Orville, Ralph and Velzie Huff, two sisters, Jane Huff and Mary Bratcher.
He was a retired Separate Baptist Minister, preaching for over 52 years. He started four churches and pastored nine churches and had a radio program from many years.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and Anna Huff of Campbellsville, five grandchildren,eight great grandchildren, five step-great grandchildren and one step-grandaughter. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Monday, April 27, 2009 at the Lyon DeWitt Funeral Home with burial in Lebanon National Cemetery with military honors by the Marion County DAV.
