Peter (Pete) Everett Wright passed away on March 31, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY. Pete was born in Jasper County, Indiana on June 3, 1946 to the late Wilbur and Betty Belle (Luttrell) Wright. Pete was 77 years old at the time of his passing.
Pete has always been surrounded by a large, loving family. In addition to his parents, Pete was preceded in death by late wife, Gloria Jean (Hunsaker) Wright, one sister Ruth Ann (Wright) Cooper, one brother, Albert C. Wright, one daughter, Kristina Louise Wright Sult, and one son, David Forrest Rooksberry. Deeply missed, Pete is survived by his loving wife, Angela Marie (Stewart) Wright, four children, Gloria LeMaster (Curt), James Wright (Sherrie), Jeffrey Wright and Renae Lahue (Jeramie), brothers: Sherman Wright and Charles Wright (Cheryl). Pete was blessed with fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
Pete was a man who wore many hats. To his grandchildren and great grandchildren, he was a loving Papaw. To his neighbors, he was a friendly face and a helping hand. To his beloved wife, he was a generous provider who spoiled her rotten. To his children, he was a banker, carpenter, auto technician, chef, and all-around handyman who had an answer for everything.
Funeral Services will be held at 1pm EST on April 3, 2024 at LR Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Road, Campbellsville, KY 42718.
Visitation will be held 12:00 P.M. until the time of the service.
In lieu of flowers, please consider memorials in the form of donations to the funeral expenses. Those can be made in person at the funeral home.

Ellen Josephine Hahn, of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Joseph and Lorena (Tucker) Dunn, was born November 11, 1944 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on Friday, March 29, 2024 in Campbellsville at the Taylor Regional Hospital. She was 79 years of age.
She was a former secretary and was of the Catholic Faith.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister: Bridget Stevens.
Ellen enjoyed spending time with family and watching her favorite TV shows and Wheel of Fortune.
Survivors include her husband: Edward “Eddie” Hahn of Campbellsville; a daughter: Lorie Keltner and husband Jimmie of Campbellsville; a son: Edward Hahn and wife Elizabeth of Glasgow.
Also surviving are her grandchildren: William and Brianna Keltner, Nicholas, Leigha, Amber and Kristina Hahn and Kimberly Whitley; two great-grandchildren: Lane and Carli Jo Keltner and a host of other relatives and friends.
A graveside service for Ellen Josephine Hahn will be
Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. EST at the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Bro. Cary Dunbar will be officiating.
There will be NO public visitation

Wilbur Cox of Campbellsville, son of the late Elza Cox and Pauline Gribbins Cox, was born December 12, 1942 in Marion County, Kentucky. He died at 9:40 P.M., Thursday, March 28, 2024 in Campbellsville. Age: 81
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Lowell Avenue Baptist Church
Wilbur was one of the original legacy partners of Campbellsville Industries.
Wilbur enjoyed golfing, riding trails on his four wheeler on his farm at Pikes Ridge with his grandchildren. He also loved hunting with his sons and grandchildren and always had fun spending time with them, as well as his beloved dog, Franklin.
He united in marriage to Karen Newton April 26, 1998.
Besides his wife, Karen Newton Cox of Campbellsville, he is survived by one daughter and one son: Dwanna Ford and husband, Craig of Campbellsville, and DeWayne Cox and wife, Lisa of Elizabethtown; two step-sons: Travis Dowell and wife, Jennifer of Campbellsville, and Wes Dowell and wife, Kate of Lexington; six grandchildren: Cody Ford and wife, Rachel of Campbellsville, Tanner Ford and wife, Haley of Sonora, Morgan Prevost and husband, Bernard of Nashville, and Mallory Cox of Elizabethtown, and Beau Dowell of Lexington, and Jasmine Dowell; two step-great-grandchildren: Kenlee and Mila; one brother and two sisters: Roger Cox and wife, Janet of Taylorsville, Barbara Boggess of Louisville, and Shirley Lybrand and husband, Larry of Mabank, Texas; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
