Ina Mae Bailey of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Benny Hunt and Louise Adkins Hunt, was born March 28, 1942 in Marion County, Kentucky.  She died at 6:35 P.M., Sunday, July 16, 2023 in Campbellsville.         Age: 81

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.

Ina united in marriage to Joe Bailey December 10, 1960 and he preceded her in death January 8, 2017.

She was a loving mother and grandmother.

Ina is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Mitchell and Sandra Bailey of Campbellsville; three grandchildren:  Brandon Bailey and wife, Chrissy and Heather Bailey of Campbellsville and Alex Bailey of Jeffersonville, Indiana;

one brother and two sisters:  Jim Hunt and wife, Sue, Judy Chappel and Diane Smith and husband, Troy of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Dale Gorley

Dale Gorley of Campbellsville, son of the late Cecil Lawton Gorley and Bonnie Mae Arnold Gorley, was born April 10, 1964 in Jefferson County, Kentucky.  He died at 6:00 A.M., Sunday, July 16, 2023 in Campbellsville.      Age: 59

He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Dale was an employee of Murakami Manufacturing for ten years and the Taylor County Fire Department for twenty-four years, having also previously worked at the Plastic Products Company in Lebanon for twenty-seven years.  He was also a crew chief with DeSpain Motor Sports for over twenty years, something he loved more than anything and was proud of.

Dale was known as a strong, courageous and loving husband, dad and grandfather and was always quick to help others. He also was skilled in knowing how to fix anything that his kids ever asked for.

He united in marriage to Denise Dooley July 4, 1999.

Besides his wife, Denise Gorley of Campbellsville, he is survived by four sons and one daughter:

Clint Barnett of Campbellsville, Jordan Gorley and wife, Sasha of Harrodsburg, Tatum-Michael Gorley and wife, Ariel of Calvary, Blair Gorley and wife, Emily of Nicholasville and Lexis Gorley and significant other, Shalijah Johnson of Bradfordsville; seven grandchildren:  Lawton Gorley, Lilly Gorley, Heidi Gorley, Saylor Gorley, Knox Gorley, Landon Gonzalez and Alena Doughty; one sister-in-law, Lisa Bryant and husband, Tim of North Carolina; one niece and two nephews:  Tabatha Bryant, Jacob Bryant and wife, Lindsey and Jonathan Bryant; one aunt and one uncle:  Rosie Sullivan and Norman Sullivan and wife, Bonnie; special family friend, Arlene Cordero and many other relatives and friends.

Dale was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Lula Mae Dooley on December 17, 2020.

Helen Helm Gribbins Clements, 91

Helen Helm Gribbins Clements of Campbellsville, KY, the daughter of the late Troy B. Helm and Anner Lou Bottoms Helm, was born September 8, 1931 in the Merrimac Community of Taylor County, KY, and departed this life on Monday, July 17, 2023 in Campbellsville. She was 91 years of age.

She had professed faith in Christ and had been a member of the former Tallow Creek Methodist Church. She retired after 25 plus years of employment with Fruit of the Loom Co. and was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing bingo with her sisters, crossword puzzles, and looked forward to her roses sent to her by her husband every week.

She had united in marriage to Billy Gribbins and later to Udell Clements, both who have preceded her in death.

She is survived by five children: Maureen Seaborne, Harold Gribbins and wife Debbie, Louise Gribbins, Kim Cox and Tammy Rainwater all of Campbellsville. Nine grandchildren: Jimmy Hunt, Sherry Hunt, Wesley Seaborne, Cathy Jo England, Chad Gribbins, Travis Gribbins, Lauren Gebler, Adam Rainwater, and T.J. Davis.  13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.

One brother and one sister: Wanda Benningfield and Kenny Bandy both of Louisville, KY.

Besides her parents and her husbands, she was preceded in death by two sons and one daughter: Arnold Gribbins in infancy, Danny Dale Gribbins and Aileen Hunt, one brother and four sisters: Walter Helm, Rosie Gribbins, Ethel “Duck” Graham, Kathleen “Kat” White, and Bonnie Hancock, and one infant granddaughter, Courtney Rae Rainwater.

There will be a funeral service for Helen Helm Gribbins Clements on Friday, July 21, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel, 1765 New Columbia Rd. Campbellsville, KY with burial to follow in Merrimac Cemetery.

Bro. Roger Bland will officiate.

The family requests visitation on Friday, July 21, 2023, from 11:00 – 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
