Danny Orman

Posted by on Sep 24, 2023

Danny Lynn Orman, 69, of Knifley, Kentucky, son of the late James Munroe Orman and Lillie E. Crutchfield Orman was born March 19th, 1954, in Bells, Tennessee, and departed this life on Friday, September 15th, 2023 in Knifley, Ky.
Danny was a proud Army veteran and a retired welder. He enjoyed being surrounded by family, his baby girls, and baby boys, good food, and lots of laughter. He was known to many as Danny Clause. The highlight of his year was dressing up as Santa for any and everyone, to the extent of shopping in Walmart in full attire. He’d walk the isles handing out mini candy canes, and we’re not sure who’s faces lit up more, the kid’s, or his. He will be greatly missed by everyone who was blessed to know him, and his sweet cat Tom.

Danny is survived by:
One daughter: Aimie Thomas, and her husband, Benjamin, of Herriman, Utah
Four step-children: Krice Cook and his wife, Tonia, of Clarksville, IN; Tara Fuller and her husband, Michael, of Newborn, GA; William Tanner of Covington, GA; and Catherin Tanner of Covington, GA
