Eva Pauline Mardis Graves departed this life December 5, 2022. She was born September 2, 1934 to the late Owen Mardis and the late Ola Phillips Mardis. She united in marriage to the late Frank Ingram Graves on September 27, 1962.
She had put her faith in Jesus Christ and was a long time member of Friendship Baptist Church in the Bengal Community of Taylor County. She was very active with some of her activities over the years being a Sunday School teacher, Christmas Program leader, Women’s Missionary Union member, on the Hospitality Committee helping with church fellowship meals, coordinating Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and preparing VBS refreshments that included her beloved Kool Aid slush many years.
She was also preceded in death by four brothers: James Mardis, Albert Mardis, William “Bill” Mardis and Norman Mardis.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law: Marsha and Allen Wood and Anne and Bill Sanders of Campbellsville, Kentucky and Kristi and Kenny Dillingham of New Mexico; two grandchildren: Jessica Honea of Bardstown, Kentucky and Jordan (Heather) Sanders of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; eight great-grandchildren: Scott Hall, Blaze Honea, Zach Honea, Noah Durham, Khynleigh Cobb, Arianna Sanders, Olivia Sanders and Camryn Sanders.

Mrs. Sharon Faye Pike of Elk Horn passed peacefully from this life on Friday, December 2, 2022 in Campbellsville after an extended illness. She was born in Knifley on December 18, 1953 to the late Shelby J. and Gracie (Perkins) Warren, and was 68 years of age at the time of her passing. She was a former employee of Fruit of the Loom and later was a nursing home caregiver. Mrs. Pike a homemaker and the cherished wife of Mr. Kenneth Pike, who preceded her in death on April 6, 2014. She was of the Baptist faith.
She leaves to mourn her passing:
Four children: Latisha Markins of Fayetteville, NC, Beverly Bawkin and husband Patrick of Campbellsville, Alexis Pike of Franklin, IN, and Jacob Allen Pike of Elkhorn,
Two siblings: JoAnn Caldwell of Columbia, and Shelby Wayne Warren and wife Tammy of Campbellsville,
Six grandchildren: Brooke Smith and husband Jeffery, Austin Powell, Devin Brady and wife Madison, Haley Howell and husband Nathaniel, Madison Brady and companion Gavin Foster, and Patrick Bawkin, III,
Six great grandchildren: Bently Hughes, Jeffrey Lynn Smith, III, Daniel Powell, Mikah Powell, Carter Howell, and Piper Brady,
And a host of other family members and friends.
She was also preceded in death by two siblings, Mary Frances Blessitt and Barbara Ann Perkins.
There will be a funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Pike on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 11:00 AM EST (10:00 AM CST) in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd, Campbellsville, KY. Interment will follow in the Robinson Chapel Cemetery in Adair County.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, Dec. 5, from 5:00-8:00 PM EST (4:00-7:00 PM CST).

Lowell Harris of Campbellsville, son of the late Thurman Brady “T.B.” Harris and Lela Frost Harris, was born January 19, 1934 in Parrish, Alabama. He died at 5:32 P.M., Thursday, December 1, 2022 in Campbellsville. Age: 88
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Baptist Church, where he was a Sunday School Teacher and Deacon.
Lowell was a retired English teacher with Cannelton High School in Indiana and was active in the Indiana Teachers Association.
He loved folk music and playing the guitar. He also jogged several miles every day and over the years, had jogged over 25,000 miles.
He united in marriage to Carolyn Hayes February 2, 1957.
Besides his wife, Carolyn Harris of Campbellsville, Lowell is survived by one son and one daughter: David Harris and wife, Tammy and Susan Howell and husband, Dwayne of Campbellsville; seven grandchildren: Patrick Howell and wife, Carolyn, Katelyn Howell and partner, Brenden Dwyer, Bradley Harris and wife, Keely, Brooklyn Harris Spaulding and husband, Malique, Murphy Lamb, Blair Lamb and Laura Lamb; two great-grandchildren: Braylon Ray Harris and Laiken Michael Harris; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by a sister, Inez Hill and a brother, Lecil Harris.
