Jeffrey Gates Finn

Mr. Jeffrey Gates Finn, the son of the late Murrey Gates Finn and Leoda Gerline Finn, was born March 20th, 1965 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, November 24th, 2022 in Bowling Green, KY. He was 57 years of age.
He was employed as a flooring contractor, He enjoyed being outdoors and liked to hunt, fish and going camping.
Survivors include one son: Tanner Finn of Elk Horn, One brother: Larry Finn of Campbellsville, one nephew Jordan Finn and wife Andrea, two great nephews: Evan Finn and Camden Finn and other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Jeffrey Gates Finn will be Monday, November 28th, 2022 at 1:00 P.M. EST in the Chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Murrell Family Cemetery in Metcalfe County.
Bro. Eddie Finn will be officiating
Visitation will be 11-1 P.M. EST on Monday November 28th, 2022 at the Chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.

Adrain “Odell” Callahan

Mr. Adrain “Odell” Callahan of the Mannsville Community, the son of the late Bob Callahan and Lottie Herron Callahan, was born November 6th, 1933 in Taylor County, KY and departed this life on Wednesday, November 23rd, 2022 in Campbellsville. He was 89 years of age.

​He was of the Jehovah Witness Faith. He retired from the State Hwy Dept. after working 22 years and had farmed his entire life.

His greatest joy was spending time with his family, his grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids. He also loved to garden, farm, cut wood, and anything outdoors. He always loved lending a helping hand to his neighbors or anyone in need.

​Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother: Ancil “Tom” Callahan, one sister: Lorene Whitley, and one great grandson Matt Clark.

Survivors include his loving wife of 69 years, Charlotte Whitley Callahan, two daughters: Connie Sprowles and husband Kenneth, Kathy Richardson and husband Maurice, one son: Jimmie Callahan all of Campbellsville, two grandchildren: Carol Richerson and husband Bryan, Tracy Clark and husband John, three great grandchildren: Chase Richerson and wife Miranda, Zachery Richerson and fiance Erica, and Luke Clark, three great great grandchildren: Emelyn Richerson, Abigail Richerson, and Zander Richerson, one brother: Rudolph Callahan of Louisville and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The funeral service for Adrain “Odell” Callahan will be Tuesday, November 29th, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. EST in the

Acton Chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Callahan Cemetery.

Barbara Clark

Barbara Clark of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Arvel and Christine Graham Cox, was born May 11, 1951 in Taylor County, Kentucky.  She died at 2:57 A.M., Tuesday, November 22, 2022 in Campbellsville.    Age:  71

She professed faith in Christ and was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Barbara was an assistant at the PVA’s Office in Ashland for seven years and a former instructor at Fruit of the Loom for over ten years.

She united in marriage to John Richard “Dick” Clark October 25, 1968.

Barbara was an outgoing, unselfish and kind hearted person who loved spending time with her family whom she loved dearly.  She enjoyed sewing, cross stitching and traveling.

Besides her husband, John Richard “Dick” Clark of Campbellsville, Barbara is survived by two sons: Aaron Clark and wife, Mary Russell and John Clark and wife, Tracy of Campbellsville; four grandchildren:  Payton Clark and wife, Sarah, Wade Clark, Whitney Clark and Luke Clark of Campbellsville; one great-grandchild, Parker Rae Clark; two brothers and two sisters:  Danny Cox and wife, Phyllis of Campbellsville, Mike Cox of Gallatin, Tennessee, Judy Cox of Nashville and Connie Breeding and husband, Gary of Greensburg; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Matt Clark October 2, 2015.

VISITATION:      11:00 A.M. Saturday at First Cumberland Presbyterian Church

FUNERAL SERVICE:  3:00 P.M., Saturday, November 26, 2022 at First

Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Campbellsville by Rev. John Butler

BURIAL: Brookside Cemetery
