Larry Paul Mitchell

Larry Paul Mitchell of Campbellsville, KY, the son of the late Henry M. Mitchell and Marie G. Bender Mitchell, was born on November 17, 1949 in Heidelberg, Germany and departed this life on July 4, 2023 at his home. He was 73 years of age. He had served his country honorably in the United States Navy and had previously been employed as a civil service worker.

He is survived by two daughters: Jennifer Banaszak of Spring Hill, TN and Julie Marlow of Elizabethtown, KY. Two sisters: Tanya Sherrard and Sanya Darby, and six grandchildren.

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Donnie Mitchell and Jimmy Mitchell.

The family has chosen cremation with interment at a later date at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, KY with military honors.

Richard Matthew “Rick” Deluca

Richard Matthew “Rick” Deluca of Greensburg, KY, the son of the late Frances Roy Deluca and Jean Deluca of Bardstown, KY, was born on November 5, 1960 in Louisville, KY and departed this life on July 6, 2023 at his home. He was 62 years of age. He was a self-employed Air Freight Trucker. He had served his country honorably in the United States Army as a member of the 101st Airborne. He enjoyed hunting, shooting, playing pool and was a great Husband and Dad.

He is survived by his wife: Lori Lynn Sibbald Deluca, his mother: Jean Deluca and companion James Everett of Bardstown, two sons: Richard Matthew Deluca, Jr. and wife Christina of Louisville, and Robert John “Bob” Deluca and wife Mary of Greensburg.

Two brothers and one sister: Johnny Watson and Donny Watson and wife Karen all of Louisville, and Rhonda Broderick and husband Patrick of Taylorsville. One granddaughter: Violet Sue Deluca. Special friends: Anthony Tameling and his brother–in-law Donald Sibbald.

Besides his father he was preceded in death by one brother: Peter Deluca.

The funeral will be 11 A.M. EST Wednesday July 12, 2023 at Lebanon National Cemetery with full military honors. Bro. Steve Orr will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to be donations to KODA (Kentucky Organ Donors Association).

June Taylor of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Edna Shepard Reese, was born June 1, 1947 in Indianapolis, Indiana.  She died at 4:47 A.M., Wednesday, July 5, 2023 in Campbellsville.   Age:  76

June had a deep spiritual soul and belief.

She was very patriotic and supportive of the U.S. Flag and military.

She was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville and had also been employed at Airguard and Taylor Regional Hospital.

June is survived by one son and one daughter:  Brad Taylor and Robin Taylor Christie of Campbellsville; four chosen grandchildren:  Kirk Christie (Cathy), John Christie and Amelia Christie of Campbellsville and Matthew Christie (Love) of Knoxville, Tennessee; one expected great-grandson; very special cousin, Gene Shepard of Louisville and other relatives, cousins and friends.

Family will receive visitors from 1:00 P.M., until time of service
